They are very kind and accommodating at the bakery. I got the caramel topped brownie and two slices of New York cheesecake on Monday. It was shared and the cheesecake was a definite hit. The brownie was loved as well. 😁
We love this wonderful little bakery. We won’t buy our bread anywhere else. The ingredients are real and filled with goodness, not mass produced from grocery stores. The pastries, especially the scones are amazing. Their cheesecake is divine.
I came out to Bremerton for the day to try a couple local bakeries.I have worked in the bakery industry before and have delt with pastries and breads from several different countries and cultures. That said, the product in this bakery was outstanding. I had a lemon shortbread tart that was delicious and also purchased a loaf of Russian dark rye to take home.
