Fast, hot and delicious as McDonalds ever was or could be. Staff were friendly and competent. Sauces, utensils and napkins accounted for. Great job!

Kid-friendliness: Playland inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver and adequate table seating.

Just pulled up and twice an employee came out and just started asking everyone parked "did you order..."? Without checking the curbside numbers. They could have handed orders to a dishonest person saying "yes." And these were two different employees. Mind blowing.

After a 12 hrs shift i decided to drive through McDonald's which i don't normally do, fast food that is. What a huge mistake! The screen was glitching so bad we couldn't read it, the girl taking our order was talking so soft we could barely hear her and had to ask her to please speak up. We happen to see our order on the screen after repeating it 3 times to her, which read correctly. Pull up to pay, made a joke about the glitchy screen knowing she must have heard about it all night. She gave no expression or response. Went to the next window, only to wait for the girl hanging out her teller window to stop goofing off with the driver and their dog. Finely got our food which was cold and noticed that we only had half an order. Ended up going inside to get the rest of our food only to find out it was never even ordered! I tured my back to go grab my wallet from the car as the girl who took my 2nd order was dancing and moking me as I was walking away which was seen by another customer and my husband. When I returned it was giant party behind the scene play fighting between employees and dancing. Received my food in 6 minutes got to the car only to find both sandwiches overly slobbered in tarter sauce! I never right complaints like this but I am extremely disappointed to have to pay $30 for cold nasty food and horrible disrespectful service!

Legitimately, without exaggeration, the most nonsensically managed drive thru line I’ve experienced in my nearly half century on this earth. Choosing which line will actually move is like flipping a coin. One line, you never know which one, will see 3+ cars that were behind you actually get their food and leave before you even place your order. It’s not like “ah man, I fell back a spot.” No, you will sit there and watch car after car after car pass through one line before hearing your line be greeted. Order a single meal that actually needs a couple more seconds to make? Please pull around and park…nobody behind you at all? Please pull around and park. Drinks are rarely ever topped off, sometimes more than an inch below the rim, having to angle the cup down to see if it’s even the right drink. Fries will never….NEVER be full…ever. The establishment functions, but barely. You KINDA get your order…it’s not all there but it’s there. And since most people don’t want to go in and complain that they didn’t get enough of what they ordered, we go home and deal with it…over and over and over. If you can, just avoid this particular location. They’re in perpetual states of “In over their head” and not caring. You can’t have an entire crew of people who simply don’t care about these standards and expect adequate quality and care.

Order through app, they told me to go wait out front. When order was brought out items were missing. Went inside was handled brutally by an employee I got route back. Went home and there was hair in our food see attached photos. I am calling the health department tomorrow

So tonight I took part of the 50 cent double cheeseburger deal on the app as well some other items they were missing parts of my order but I went in to go ask for them a worker smiled not at her head and rushed back to the kitchen rudely, then when they finally got me what I was missing I snatched the bag the lady dropped it and then they called the cops saying I almost assaulted the worker. They called the cops after I was already home and after we complained that we were still missing other items and my daughter's hamburger had a hair in it I will be attaching the picture. Where's McDonald's they should fire their teenage employees and get people who actually know how to handle customers
