I go here and always get a pup cup with my order. Tonight some nasty employee refused to provide a pup cup for my PAID order. Told her to cancel everything on the order since I always get my pup cup no problem but they think they get paid enough to refuse a cup full of whip cream. SHAME on you mcdonalds. Bad location. Poor quality staff and food 0/10 GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

If I could give zero stars I would absolutely do it here. The two âwomenâ employed in the am weekend shift by this McDonalds are the most inhumane people I have EVER encountered at any business I have been at, and thatâs a bold statement of someone who is in businesses spending $ everyday everywhere. Iâll explain why but itâs hard for me to put in text the embarrassment and humiliation they caused me. I am an emotional person at all either so writing this is not easy. But something has to be done about the lack of empathy that I experienced when visiting this place. I was in an accident that caused me to have a for a catheter to help use the bathroom while I recovered. That and having two kids I canât hold it long. Itâs obvious when somebody has to go pee tho and I was dancing that OH NO I AM GONNA PEE MYSELF dance & literally begging to get the key but was refused by the manager who was called to the front by the girl I asked 1st but denied. At this point Iâm crying btw so I turned & as fast as I could go (leaking pee) I went to get my phone to buy me access of the bathroom. I got it and made it back within 30 secs. Then I had to yell âhelp!!! Please!!â until they came back to the register to take my order. I could feel pee starting to wet my pants now & when I said âring me up for anything & give me the key please!â the manager said to me âI donât know what you want ladyâ at that moment I was in full panic and crying so hard that I couldnât hold it anymore and I told her I was going to have an accident on the floor and she actually laughed and said âokay then do it!â!!!!! I peed my pants right there in front of one other customer and said how sorry I was and I took my shirt off to wrap around my waist so I could walk to my friends car in such shame and embarrassment. I donât know what kind of person could have seen me in that position & not help me at all but itâs not ok! I have not had that type of treatment in my entire life. I took my wet clothes off outside the car in the cold and my friend was in shock as he helped me get into something of his he had in his trunk. I had to write this so that the owner can hold the two âladiesâ accountable and be sure they donât do this to anyone else. This isnât even close to being able to express the way I feel right now but I had to try. I m just so saddened & shocked. It straight up horrified me with embarrassment.

Which all that sais to me is the manager not only disrespectful but also a liar, or she doesn't understand how her computer system works. Alternatively she's deliberately malicious and chose to not even look for whatever reason.
Whatever you do, DO NOT order a drink the Kiosk. There is an 85% chance that the employees are going to forget to include a cup in your order. Causing you to pain-stakingly wait by the pick-up area or the front counter to ask for it. In the time I've went here, they have ALWAYS forgotten my drink whenever I include it with my order. What's the point of paying for something if I'm not getting it at the same time when my food? I could have gotten a drink or two for free due to for how unattentively they are to something as small as a CUP!!
Go to the Wendy's next door instead, because this shit doesn't happen there.

I ordered food online then park put parking space number in and did not get my order I went inside to get it and could not get help so went back to my car for 10 mins still no order went back inside showed a employee that my food had been done for 15 mins and I got my receipt. She didn't know where it was. Then she looked on the counter by the grills shoot, the bag was there and the drinks were on another counter by the drive through drinks were watered down and food was cold.
