Whatever you do, DO NOT order a drink the Kiosk. There is an 85% chance that the employees are going to forget to include a cup in your order. Causing you to pain-stakingly wait by the pick-up area or the front counter to ask for it. In the time I've went here, they have ALWAYS forgotten my drink whenever I include it with my order. What's the point of paying for something if I'm not getting it at the same time when my food? I could have gotten a drink or two for free due to for how unattentively they are to something as small as a CUP!!
Go to the Wendy's next door instead, because this shit doesn't happen there.

I ordered food online then park put parking space number in and did not get my order I went inside to get it and could not get help so went back to my car for 10 mins still no order went back inside showed a employee that my food had been done for 15 mins and I got my receipt. She didn't know where it was. Then she looked on the counter by the grills shoot, the bag was there and the drinks were on another counter by the drive through drinks were watered down and food was cold.

The lobby was messy, but that's pretty normal at this location. They keep the station for drinks and such clean but customers leave things all over the tables and floor constantly.
Parking: If you're making right turns in and out it's easy, if you're doing left turns it gets congested because of the road. also parking can be tricky when the drive thru is full because the drive thru lane blocks parking spaces

Constantly lying about lobby closing time, and I belive to combat the reviews are making fake reviews claiming the lobby closing hours of 12am were confirmed by phone, all the hours say 12 or 11 for the lobby but they were closed before 9, there was a bunch of people in the lobby ordering and being served I called and they said the lobby now closes at 10

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and there is an ace hardware right next door with parking as well a nice ace I might say with all the fixings
Kid-friendliness: No play area but.its mickey ds they got toys in the happy meals and they don't even have any boxes everything comes in a bag to fight carbon foot prints of course paper stawls even lol

Literally the only restaurant on Wheaton Way that has the cheapest menu but treats EVERYONE like they’re homeless or an addict. I’ve watched them pick and choose how to give customer service. Literally come in everyday for a breakfast sandwich and it’s always like a dip and twirl to prove I have an order even with my phone. You can’t even order off the app without their front counter cashiers lying just to tend to lowering their drive thru speed. If you have less than $10 and no car, please go somewhere where your patronage will be appreciated. This place is more focus on appearance than quality service ????????
