I bought 3 meals for over $30. I asked for ketchup and the ladies said all I can have is 2 ketchup packages. That's all they are allowed to give somebody. This is not okay. This is not acceptable not for spending over $30 with 3 meals. And you give me 2 ketchup packages. That's not even one ketchup package. Per meal and that's all there allowed to give According to the girl at the drive-thru.

Kitsap Way McDonald's can't seem to keep from breaking their Frappe machine. The first time it took two weeks to get a new one. It's been maybe two weeks and the new one is broken, again. No caramel frappes but mocha frappes are available. I don't get it. All other McDs in the area haven't broken their machines.

It’s honestly the best McDonald’s I have been to. We use the app to order and pick up in the drive thru and the customer service has been great. I don’t think they have ever gotten our food wrong and they are typically fast.

Everytime I order here, or my boyfriend orders for us I get 20 pc nuggets or a big mac. I'm quite disappointed today 4/01/24 For a 20 nugget order they only gave me 3 dipping sauces. Sure small mistake, no biggie right? I can't eat my nuggets without sauce & I'm a pretty heavy dipper. Aside from that, McDonald's has always been my favorite fast food resturant, fast service, fresh food, great food & beverage menu.

Ordered a Filet of Fish-terrible!! Must have been yesterday’s sandwich. One of the things I love best about the Filet of Fish is the soft fluffy warm bun. This one was cold and hard. The filet was obviously old. I had ordered extra tartar and you could tell they just pulled up the old bun and gave it an extra shot of tartar. Even the cheese was cold!!

They wouldn't even give me my food. I ordered food on the app and it was only a total of $7. The app glitched and my order was charged to my card and I got a confirmation email but they still wouldn't even accept the order unless I provided them with a four digit code that the app didn't provide me with. I asked who do I request a refund from and they said to come back at 8 to speak to a manager or wait for a code. If they called the manager, why do I need to come back? What if I didn't live here! I literally just wanted food before a 4 hour drive. This is pathetic! Just another reason to go to Burger King or something.

I'm conflicted. Fries are always cold or stale. Even when it's busy. Even when you order without salt. And asking for a chocolate shake is satire. "We don't have any shakes!!!!??" What happened to service with a smile? Good McDonald's food left with Ronald McDonald ?

I haven't been to McDonald's in about 8 years or so (food allergies). Tonight we went in to rest after a long walk and get a soda for my son. The bogo deal for big macs was going on, so I got two of those no pickle & onions. My son's had onions and he hates lettuce (I was tired & wasn't thinking)... The worker was kind and understood when I told her he hated lettuce and asked if we could just swap it out for a Dbl cheese only ketchup. She said of course, was very kind and courteous and it was no problem! They fixed it fast and he enjoyed his burger. I also ordered a Caramel iced coffee last minute before leaving, worker was very friendly (not frustrated because I approached the counter again to order something) and she made it really fast and surprisingly, it was amazing! Sun was setting and we were trying to get home fast. Forgot jackets (it was 72⁰F when we left)...Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors to enter, may need someone to open the door for you. I had a stroller, so my son opened the doors for us.

Considering McDs has been typically pleasant, service on this drive thru has been mediocre if existent at all. Overall decent experience and fast at least.
This location is very chill and they have good customer service. They also have something new that McDonald's is trying to merge into WcDonald's it's based off of a Japanese old school anime. I think it's cool and gives it a fresh vibe. The French fries are definitely not the same anymore it's like a fried potato with no life no flavor just a potato. The new WcDonald's nugget sauce is a cross between deep sweet n sour and a Chinese orange chicken.

Came by today for a shake and an icecream Sunday with extra hot fudge.The girl at the cash register was cool, went well. Pulled up to the next window and the guy there didn't seem to know what he was doing, was busy making somthing else when I could see my order ready to go. He apologized, but also took his time doing whatever he was doing. He handed me my hot fudge Sunday (it didn't have extra hot fudge) and while I wait I'm enjoying it and the lid wasn't secured, so it starts dripping everywhere. A few minutes go by and I get a apology from a girl saying she was sorry it took so long and she hands me the shake, without a straw.I never normally need napkins.. but today it would have been helpful. And I don't normally make comments if my order didn't go correctly. Today tho.. it felt like as simple of a order.. it just was an overall bad experience.
