Lovely experience pulling in at 8:30 tired after work you get to the speaker all you wanna do is order a drink but you're waiting for someone to answer you while the other line is moving . You get to the first window where she told you to go and there's nobody there . You get to the last window and the crew trainer is complaining to the employees on how she got in trouble while the one in the drive through grabbing your drinks is mean mugging you. You tell her thank you, regardless of the bad attitude . As you're trying to pay her she walks away from the window and rolls her eyes at you. Thanks for the free drinks I suppose.

Placed a mobile order at 9:37pm and arrived at 9:50 saying there was no order placed. Went outside confirmed order was placed, finally 20 minutes after placing my order it’s magically found out of thin air. As staff are making the order they run out of lettuce and can’t make a snack wrap, I kept waiting a full 38 minutes before receiving my order while orders where getting sent out the door infront of me. Do not recommend 0/10. Had to ask for my time to be compensated and ended with a lousy free meal.

First I would like to say I love this McDonald’s! We have never received any bad food. This post is for the food received on this 1 occasion. I tried the new chicken strips and they were tasty and hot but I don’t feel like the amount was correct. So yes it was 3 pieces but they were not the correct size of a tender. So I would just like to say, I know you can’t control the way the chicken is sent to you but if you don’t have the correct size add another tender to make the customer get their money worth.

Fast! Prompt acknowledgement of my presence, and a proper smile. I come to McDonald's for coffee most of the time. The food was good for McDonald's standards. The CSR was what made this visit great! 👍 The Kingston McDonald's, needs to step up their game. This location makes that one look like a joke. Way to go, Bremerton crew! But , later that day, I went back for coffee and a late night snack. The crew members were kind, and the food was good, but I noticed something. THE ELECTRIC OUTLETS HAD BE CLOSED OFF. BECAUSE EARLIER THAT DAY IN THE MORNING , A HOMELESS VETERAN. WAS THERE WITH HIS BEAUTIFUL WIFE. HE WAS CHARGING HIS PHONES WHILE HE HAD BREAKFAST WITH HIS WIFE. Really ? That's how YOU treat the people who defended YOU AND YOUR COUNTRY? I ALSO NEEDED TO CHARGE MY PHONE. I NEEDED IT CHARGED TO ANSWER MCDONALD'S WHEN THEY CALLED ME ABOUT AN APPLICATION. NOW I CAN'T CHARGE MY PHONE THERE.
AND I SURELY WOULDN'T WANT TO WORK UNDER A DISCRIMINATORY MANAGER WHO WONT LET A VETERAN CHARGE HIS PHONE.
It's pretty decent for McDonald's. This one still has a play place; in which I usually just take my daughter, to play indoors when it's raining. We'll have a snack and juice; the employees don't mind if we just go in to play; even when I'm all climbed up in there, which is nice. The establishment is pretty clean whenever I'm there; very much appreciated. Especially in the play area. When they're busy, they do get backed up a little like any place, but they do move quickly. The quality of food isn't really affected, usually. I haven't noticed anyway. Customer service is always good. I've always had nice, helpful people take my order. Never at this location, have I had poor customer service.
