I waited 20 minutes for my order because I made it in person at the counter. If you are going to prioritize mobile orders and door dash over in person orders, maybe you should close your dining room/lobby all together.
Also, I ordered a number 2 with a regular black coffee and the person originally only put in for the sandwich and coffee. If the menu has meal order numbers and someone orders by the number, shouldn't you assume (or better yet, ask) that they want the meal?
I would love to identify the person who took my order by name, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. From the receipt, I think her name is Sidel.

Just came by, wanted a sweet treat. Door was locked, customers and employees can get out but outsiders cannot get in. Me and my husband proceeded to stand outside for about 5 minutes in the freezing cold while an employee runs by twice without acknowledging we needed service and let into the building. He then got locked outside bringing a drive through order outside, was verbally told about the door (me and my husband long since got into the car to discuss other places to eat at), and he process to get another employee to open the door and they did not fix nor unlock it. Other families were inside so not sure how they got in, but im really disappointed that they couldn’t even service us or acknowledge the fact we were trying to get attention. Super shame.

Found a very long, disgusting hair in my McDouble today. Good thing it was for my dog (she's very old, she can have what she wants), or that would have been a very nasty and very infuriating surprise.
Shrinkflation is still rampant here, while they charge more than $3 for a tiny burger that you can barely consider "food". Certainly not coming back here ever again.

I used a kiosk around the time breakfast ended, and ordered some food that the kitchen wasn't prepared to cook at that point.
The staff was really kind and figured out a substitute but unfortunately due to me not understanding it wasn't the full order being replaced but just two items, I got more than I thought.
All in all a good experience. Lot of respect for the staff working here.
Would have done 5 stars across the board but there was a security sensor beeping from time to time in the background.
Also: For other people reading reviews, the app gives orders at a different level than the store does, and apps don't always recognize individual location differences. Kiosk is similar idea but within the jurisdiction of the location.
