I'd give this a solid 5 star if the customer service was great.
Just came back to area after almost 20 yrs. Was excited to see the bakery was still there. Grew up getting the Pink Champagne cakes for bdays and other special occasions. So excited to order and pick up a cake for my upcoming bday.
When I called in all excited I got a dull response at best. I don't know who answered but they could care less that I was excited. Okay that could be on me....

They are so amazing yesterday I went to pick up a bunch of different cookies for my wife and Friend for her work. I ordered three cookies for myself. They accidentally did not make it in the bag. I called them to let them know about it today, I showed up, and as soon as I walked in the door, they greeted me with a smile grab the cookies that I did not get told me thank you for their service. I appreciate them. They are wonderful people lifelong customer here.
