So the fish was very dry. Very. The house fries rice, literally the worst I've had. And I've thought I had bad. I had to fix it when I got home. Balls of unmixed/unseasoned rice. I bought 2 different dishes. 1 - Kawali lechon which was okay but the wait time was not worth it. No seasoning whatsoever. Garlic sauce wasnt anything to look forward to. 2 teriyaki beef with lumpia. The lumpia was really good but lacked size. I've seen spring rolls bigger. Also the teriyaki beef was more of a bulgogi dish over teriyaki which wasnt bad just mislabeled on style of cooking. I’ve been living in Washington for over two years now, and I’ve been searching for spots that serve Filipino dishes that meet the standard back home. I’ve tried several Filipino restaurants, and aside from Ludi’s (a great brunch spot in Seattle), this is now one of my favorites.
