The ribs were amazing and the BBQ sauce was fantastic as well. The sides were a bit of a letdown though. The cornbread was bland with no butter or honey on the side. The mac and cheese was also underwhelming. I only recommend the meat.
I finally caught them open and I got the sampler! Every was delicious, I liked both sauces, everything was cooked perfectly, ribs falling right off the bone yum, the sandwiches were fantastic! Will be back for more
Tried for the first time today and got to say I’m blown away. I’ve been in the PNW for almost a decade and it’s taken me this long to finally get my hands on some authentic southern style food.
Got to talk to the owner and told him it was my first time, he went above and beyond to explain his menu and even gave me a sample of some brisket. No other words can describe this as “love at first bite”.
