Our order came with a lot of really good food! They forgot my drink, so they said that I could get one for free next time (which was fine with me). Then we got a knock on the door a little while later; they brought me my drink. Not necessary, but very appreciated! Thanks guys!

Absolutely Not.I go here all the time and this is not the first time they served me cold food. The first time when I ate frozen pease I was like maybe it was an accident but last night I order the honey walnut shrimp and it was cold.I told the old woman hey my sauce is super cold and it’s making my shrimp cold. She says the sauce is supposed to be cold and the shrimp just got out of the fryer.I picked up the shrimp with my fingers and I was like this feel pretty cold to me.I said I’m not going to eat cold food and then she said honey walnut is supposed to be cold. And I had to argue with her to replace it. She goes to the back her and the cook are fighting comes back with my new order and starts saying im wrong as she puts the new steaming hot food that just actually came out of the fryer. So I said, are you really still fighting me about food that was obviously cold. The other good I could pick up with my hands.. this one is actually hot. This was a terrible experience.

Great lunch specials. I had the chicken curry which was amazing with an awesome selection of vegetables. Fast, friendly service.

Wow! The food is so amazing and I liked the atmosphere seems like I'm at a nice place and the staff is very friendly too. I would take my family there to eat comfort Chinese food.

We were invited by friends to this location. It is easy to get to and visible from the road. It is located right next to the West Bremerton Fred Meyer Grocery store. The restaurant is handicapped friendly. We were greeted warmly by the staff. The Restaurant is clean, nicely painted, and spacious. It used to be a Hibachi type of restaurant, but now, under new ownership, it was converted to a cook to order menu. The portions are big. The food is hot and on point. It's very tasty. The bathrooms are also very clean. This is the perfect place to entertain friends, conduct a business proposition, and large enough to handle birthday parties. We are thrilled to recommend this establishment to everyone. If you have any food allergies like peanuts or shell fish. Review the menu prior to ordering.Enjoy the food. We certainly did.Parking: Handicapped Parking accessibleWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped friendly spacious dining space.

My almond chicken without gravy, my sweet & sour pork was so overcooked, hard as a rock, pork dried and shrunk to gravel texture and no sauce. I'm extremely disappointed, no dinner tonight!

Would have ordered if I wasn't greeted rudely. The lady at the register angrily asked if she can help me. I said yeah I wanted to order some food. I looked over the menu but her attitude made me loose my appetite so I left.

Great food & service. Will definitely be back!

I was a little disappointed in the pot stickers. Only one side was cooked and the other side doughy. Egg rolls were very good.

Due to the great food, we used to go here, as opposed to the other places in the county. Last 2 times I called I was told, " We are too busy" to take my order, and the next time, " Can you hold please?", only to be hung up on. So we headed off to the Golden Star and then the Mongolian Grill instead. Sorry Emperor's Palace, but with that kind of service, soon, your food won't be enough to keep people coming back, when the service is consistently lacking.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the general tso’s chicken and chicken chow mien and they both taste like nothing but salt. Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Will not be returning.

The food is always good the service is great weather you eat in or dine out I recommend this place. If you eat in the atmosphere is pleasant. One of the best in town.

Ordered through Uber eats for lunch, got chicken chow mein and Kung pao chicken both had 0 flavor and were overly greasy, ended up chucking the food and eating the free rice instead. Definitely will not order from them again.

Don’t usually write reviews but server lady with short black hair, ponytail and glasses was really rude. Four people in my party and we all order a lunch special and wanted a side of fried rice. She then told us “ one plate per costumer. You already have four plates for all four people!” With a really rude tone. I tried explaining to her that we are paying extra for the fried rice but she wasn’t having it. (We ended up not getting the fried rice) About 10-15 minutes past and she gave us our food, not telling us what is what or talking at all and walked away. We had to figure out who’s plate is who’s. She then brought us our bill, We weren’t eating for 10 minutes yet and wasn’t even half way through. Seemed like she was rushing us. I’ll stick to empress palace in Kitsap Way from now on the servers are so much nicer and respectful there

Absolutely the worst Orange Chicken I have eaten in 53 years. Burnt beyond comprehension, double or triple fried the taste out of it. Never again.
