Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I tried to order from this location online but my password wasn’t working so I drove to the location and placed my order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got my pizza in the timeframe that they told me and I also got to watch the make it so that was a plus. I recommend this pizza shop to anyone who wants a great experience getting their pizza.

The younger generations lack the ability to make you feel welcome in their kitchen, and/or place of buisness. A trade I beleive to be a lost art. An art that strengthens us as a people. Feeling welcome is to feel inspiration to continue to teach and mold our people. It's not there fault. It's the main stream media that brainwashed them. The true beginning of cyber warfare???

So I ordered a pepperoni pizza it was a deal 2 toppings for $9.99 the manager was a complete jerk I explained I ordered a pepperoni pizza for $9.99 and he would not just put pepperoni on it gave additude 3 cosmers in their were blown away on this managers additude I ended up spending the extra money on to add the pepperoni but it was a ridiculous situation a customer bystander explain to me I could go online and complain family manager said they don't care they just care about waste they don't care how I treat people so go ahead I said nothing more because there was a child in the vicinity so I didn't want it to get uncomfortable with a baby around but honestly they should evaluate how they treat their customers I'm not even a mean person.

The worst garlic chicken pizza I've ever had. When I complained about the sauce was just garlic bits with very little white sauce they offered to make me a new pizza or give me a $3 coupon. After looking at the container of sauce and saw it was still all garlic bits I asked if I could have a different pizza and he said yes. I ordered a different pizza the same size and he told me the price I had to pay.Will never deal with this Papa Murphy's on Kitsap Way again.

The man (heavy set) or chubby that is working on Saturday 1/20/24 was not pleasant when my daughter and I walked in. Didn’t greet us or say hi. After I ordered a 30$ worth of pizza and soda and he rudely, with attitude refused to take my 100$ cash bill. Says he didn’t have change. Pretty bad if you’re running a restaurant and only accept credit cards?My daughter and I canceled our order and I regular customer will not return because of porkys attitude

Great service overall. I had an order where a coupon didn't properly go through and the staff still helped me out in getting the better deal. Food quality is always great and it surprisingly freezes well if you want to take advantage of their Tuesday deals. I wish they still had the classic wheel of cheesy bread though.

Went into the Kitsap way location. Ordered a Gluten Free pizza. When asking the order taker, I'm assuming he was the night manager, which toppings were Gluten Free. He could not tell me. Nor had any information that could tell me
He then told me to look on line, after 15 of searching I finally found some information that would allow me to complete the order. By then the male order taker was gone and we had to look for him. Once we placed order and paid for such ( $29. Wowza) for a medium??!! The gentleman was gone again. The young lady processing the order started on our order.. Here lays the lack of training that this location has Not trained there staff in.
1) The worker wore the same gloves to handle my pizza as she was just handling other pizza gluten pizzas.
2) The sauce, they keep a large spoon or something in the sauce. Scoop up the sauce. and slam it down onto the crust to empty the spoon. PROBLEM ,, That spoon came into contact with gluten crust and now my crust.

These cross contamination can be prevented by simple training from management to their staff. The worker making out pizza was very friendly, very hard working and fast. A+ for her.. Management D-

In and out with 3 pizzas in less than 10 minutes the service was great.

Three times I have ordered a split item pizza. Pepperoni on the whole thing and a different item on half. Three times the ticket was written correctly but the pizza was made wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy told me he was the manager. He said they were training new people. Doesn't sound like training is the issue....reading directions is the issue. I know that training needs to happen. Maybe it should happen a little bit more on their time and less on mine. I had to wait for them to remake a pizza with two items over three times.
