I’ve always received decent service and pizza here. Wish they would restore the dining room to the old 90s decor to get that nostalgia feel when dining in. They have destination Pizza huts in the Midwest and east coast why not here.
The delivery is great. Fast and on time. As far as the food goes; you'd be better off going to 7-11

Used an app to deliver a $60 order, order never showed up, driver called, said the store wouldn’t give them the food, I called the store to see what I can do, they answered the phone sounding like they had a sock in their mouth, placed me on hold for 2 mins then hung up. I messaged the driver again, he was waiting at the store but they wouldn’t not fulfill the order, no reason given. Sad service and this isn’t the first time. In store activity was trash too..it’s ok plenty of better options around town.

Customer service was TERRIBLE !!! Seemed like the girl hated her job food was ok . We usually love Pizza Hut but this one has issues for sure

Ticket # 0022 What ever happen to customer service????Ordered on online app. Typically I don’t complain however I’m shocked as far as the customer service goes…the melts were burned and they forgot my Pepsi. I called to address my concerns and she tried to charge me $20 bucks more than the $35 I’ve already spent for a medium 1 topping pizza. I threw away the cheese pizza and melts and will chalk this up in the loss column. Lesson learned.

This was in Bremerton Washington State and my wife and I are from Alabama. So the people there trying to figure out what we're saying is kinda funny. But they were great and the food was fast and hot coming out. Terrific place to go if you want a great pizza.

Nothing was as ordered. They weren't busy. Our pizzas were done in 15 minutes. However, they were made with crust so thin I could've read the newspaper with it. Nothing like the Pizza Hut I remember from the past. It was my first time having Pizza Hut since sometime in the 90s. I dont recommend. I'm disappointed.

I have been going here since 1985, and every time in town, the pizza is way better than most cheap fast pizza places ..quiet friendly staff and is clean establishment would recommend to friends and family ..
Been in the store for 20 minutes, no greetings no acknowledgement. Driver came in with a bag and just stood there on his phone scrolling on his phone. Before this tried calling, was ringing and on hold 20 minutes before I came up here to begin with.

I don’t know I see really good pictures of people‘s pizza but when I order here, my pizza is so thin when I do the stuffed crust with barely any cheese and volume to the bread and it’s like little Caesars over there on Highway 303 is way better.
