Quaint little restaurant offering carefully prepared delicious fare. I had the lamb and it was cooked/seasoned to perfection. My sister (a culinary artist in her own right) had the gnocchi and said the seasoning was great and the texture couldn't have been better. My wife (born and raised in the South) had the chicken and grits and said the chicken was delicious and the grits were prepared perfectly - a rarity to find this far North.

We had a birthday dinner at Restaurant Lola last night and it was an exquisite meal. We had the New Orleans BBQ shrimp with baguette for starter. It was superb. The sauce was subtle and delicious, nothing like a bottled bbq sauce. It had 8-10 shrimp and the sliced baguette for dipping. What a fabulous start. My husband enjoyed the Pacific coast rockfish on a bed of grits, garnished with sweet peppers and scallions. I had the amazingly succulent Lamb Roulade nestled in a layer...
