I just ordered Ribs + more on uber eats. I got the brisket and 2 sides with a coke. The brisket was tough and not cooked the way a brisket should be. Macaroni and cheese tasted like it came from a box, beans were alright. But my coke was mostly ice. 90% of my drink was ice. I paid over 40 dollars for less than mid brisket and a cup of ice.

This is the second time I have been here. The meat does not taste like it has been smoked very long. The sides are ok. I would think for a rib place you could order, Cornbread but not here. The owner is friendly but the food is not worth the cost. We were having our truck serviced and she wanted to try the place. It opens at 11 am. My girlfriend tried the 1 meat platter and I tried the 2 meat platter. She wasn’t impressed with the lack of taste. I was dumbfounded that my 2 meat platter was not as big as her 1 meat platter. I have tried the place twice now and it doesn’t work for me. If you want real smoke flavor, this might not be the place.

Dave at Ribs+More was clutch in a catering situation where I needed help. We needed to supplement our gathering with a main dish 3 days out from our event for about 70 people. Dave and his team jumped in and delivered the food right on time. It was flavorful, warm, and was exactly what we needed. Everyone loved brisket and pulled pork. They did a great job.
I remember when this place was dickeys.. I get its not and its not going to be the same. But overall man was I disappointed with almost everything. The soda machine half of them are out and yes its the popular half. I got the 2 meat plate, pulled pork and the chicken breast, the side I could get was the mashed potatoes.. frankly the mashed potatoes where the most enjoyable part of the meal. The 2 meats didnt really have much flavor at all very bland and these are soposed to have smoke flavor I didnt taste it. So add in the sauce the orignal and its alright but all it did for me was add some flavor to otherwise bland meat. paying 25$ not counting tip. I am leaving unsatisfied and still hungry.
So the 2 positive points in this review was the single employee in the building was a nice enough gal promptly got me my food and brought it out. The 2nd was the portion size of the mashed potatoes and there taste.

I was real nervous to try this place out just by the previous reviews I read. Especially with me being pregnant I just didn’t have the room for food to be tacky, nasty and robbed from the servings. But I stepped out on faith with this one and tried it. It was actually pretty darn good. It was a good amount for me. Maybe cause I am a small person who doesn’t really eat big servings. For the price I would expect a lot more. It was great as it is. The food was hot. The spicy barbecue with the brisket was delicious. I am glad I stepped out on faith despite the reviews I read. I will return again. I hope the expectations continue to be met like it was today.

Just got the 3 meat 1 side meal portion are small for the price except for the Mac n cheese but that’s only because the Mac n cheese taste and looks like it’s from KFC but they added some pepper and a couple other spices the pulled pork was dry and the hot link seemed like they were heated up in a microwave for spending 30$ was not impressed
They have to try the pulled pork!!
