Ordered some chocolate ice cream. Not bad, but also not the most flavorful chocolate ice cream I've ever had. Ok if you're in the area craving ice cream, but not something I would go out of my way for. I only have one flavor here as a data point, so other varieties may be better.

The staff were nice but service isn’t super fast. And the hotdogs aren’t good. For $7 I’d expect a hotdog that’s tasty but they are lackluster. The dog sticks out past the bun, the bread is dry, and the chips that come with it aren’t particularly good. The surface of the ice cream in the coolers was melting as well so I’m a little concerned about that. It’s fine not super expensive for a place downtown near the ferry but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I went in with my daughter and her two friends. The lady behind the counter, seemed like a manager, but if not, needs to be because she managed an issue great, while taking other orders.
The customer did NOT look pleased, but her sweet, caring and attitude of “ill make it right “ helped the situation immensely. That desire to take care of the customer even though they ran out if the item; gave him ZERO desire to complain. That is the kind of service that is missing in fast food places nowadays. A concern for the customer.
I do NOT believe that the customer is always right. I have been on the receiving end of sorry, unthankful, mouthy complainers that look to just ruin someone’s job because they did have something in stock, or some misunderstanding. It happens. But I DO believe that the customer should be treated with respect and dignity. And the people at this ice cream shop will do that. Not to mention their ice cream is really creamy and good.
Kid-friendliness: Employees are real sweet. Makes the experience great when there is a family full of kids.

Yummy ice cream, but I felt it was over priced for the quality. The service was efficient. The place is so tiny that it was difficult to maneuver around loitering patrons. This place seems more hype than it’s worth.

This place ticks absolutely all the ice cream spot boxes. Lots of flavors? Check. Nice servers? Check. Huge portions? Check. Free first mix-in? Also check. It’s right by the ferry exit and also close to the Harbor Splashpad Park. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back when other folks visit.
Vegetarian options: They have a variety of dairy-free selections.

I love this place!! Both the sorbet and dairy flavors were delicious ? also finally found a place that does amazing pretzels and even their cheese dip is super good ?❤️ the lady who helped me was also really nice and attentive. I highly recommend and I will be making a stop whenever I go through the ferry for sure!

Good ice cream, plenty of choices, quite expensive though. $5.39 for their smallest, single scoop of ice cream. The medium and large sizes were a little more reasonably priced for how much more ice cream you get.
