Why even shorter hours? Sheesh. Might as well close at lunch and save your labor, we can just pretend no tourism happens here at all then.
My first time trying mobile ordering. My coffee was ready when I got there. It was only 5 minutes between when I ordered and picked it up. My cup was not full and I ordered extra hot. It was barely warm. Very disappointed.

Right next to ferry terminal.. very friendly staff and great service. They forgot my tea order and they were apologetic about it and gave me a gift card for next visit which I really appreciate.

For the young lady that had to run the store by herself while her shift lead left early. You're doing an amazing job on doing you best on getting customers in and out all by yourself.

I had an amazing experience, and it was all due to one fantastic barista name, Andi. I walked in, and I told them that I was stressed, and they took care of me so well I’m so thankful for people like Andi for taking their time and truly making sure that my day was better. ✨✨✨✨

Employees are fake nice, make poor drinks, and don’t address issues as you raise them to their attention. Their card reader doesn’t work and when bringing this to one of the girls attention, she was dismissive. Another time they made my drink COMPLETELY WRONG and then had an attitude when I asked them to fix it. You’re charging 7 bucks for an smedium sized drink. You are dang right I will ask for it to be made CORRECTLY if I am paying that price. They also always seem to be slacking off any time I’m in, even with crowds. They’re busy chitchatting or giggling among themselves. And they have the gall to ask for a tip. Lol.That’s not even getting into the same homeless men that are always sitting in the dine in area, clearly just taking up camp there every day for hours upon hours.

The last few times I’ve gone there has been a major issue ! Last time I was ordering with 4 year old granddaughter , had to let customer go ahead of me while I turned on bank card , so the cashier kept letting all go in front of me while I just stood there ready to pay , my order was already being made , the customer was mean and pushed his way in front of us and it’s the same cashier we had issue last time , I got upset and said how rude and cancelled order and went across street for nice people , when going back by someone stuck head out and yelled don’t come back , lol like I would , you’ve had enough chances , I’d rather support a local shop , I owned a coffee shop , good lord how do they get away with that conduct lol

Ordered a tea. Which is literally water with a couple of bags thrown in. I waited 10 minutes while they made mobile orders and when they finally got it to me, it was a latte with tea bags. Wasted a gift card and was really bummed but I had to catch a ferry. My mistake coming

So here's the thing, we live locally. Have been for years, the issue that started arrising: There had been no issues with orders until now.Everything was correct, if I ask for no ice I got no ice.The new hires that have been replacing the seasoned employees from the past year. They have messed up my and my wifes order since the beginning of the year.It's been either we get a ton of ice when we asked for no ice, size difference from what the order placement was. To not getting the ingredients that are supposed to be in the drinks/foods.Now starbucks is expensive, and my teeth are sensitive. I understand the mess up ever so often but, when we order EVERY single morning and the order is incorrect every single morning. What does that say?I could have them waste the material and remake the drinks, but I have a life and work to get to. Please pay attention to the minor details, my order is two ingredients. (Coffee and milk)
