I consistently get an extra hot latte order ahead for pick up and it is NEVER extra hot. Lately it has been coming not all the way full either. Asked for no foam and still 1/6 the way empty on top. Starbucks is expensive give me my full drink the way I want it.

Well haven't gone to Star Bucks in years, but have to admit I was quite surprised that I think I actually paid less.... Recently than I did around 5 to 8 years ago for the same thing, although I am getting old and kind of forgetful..... lol. The cinnamon cake was decent, and the Carmel M****** with extra extra Carmel or caramel..... Pashaw..... Was good also. The Staff was top shelf for sure!

I know it's just a Starbucks, but the employees here are simply angels and deserve their flowers. Always top notch service and I love the little messages they can leave on cups now. I only hope that in the future, they don't have to rely so heavily on tips and are compensated a living wage for their hard work and dedication.

I frequently travel the Country and have been blown away by the employees that work here; They have the best customer service out of any starbucks i’ve been to! This starbucks is lucky to have them! They go above and beyond to ensure that your order is exactly how you like it! They are consistent. Every single employee has an amazing attitude, you can feel the pride they have in their work. Regardless of the type of day you’re having, you will leave their parking lot with a smile on your face!

I love my local Starbucks, but 8/10 times my drink is always wrong. Never is it a difficult drink to make, so I'm not sure if drinks are just getting mixed up or if theres enough new staff where these errors are occurring but it would be nice to get what I actually ordered. Otherwise, the staff is always friendly and ready to serve, and the location is clean!
Clearly you guys need to get more staff in here and Kylie needs to do better if she’s the “manager” on duty. The wait is RIDICULOUS

The service is excellent. But the design of the drive thru is terrible. Very difficult to get close to the window without hitting something in a large vehicle.
