I love the friendly service. Nothing wrong with staff's attitudes, thankfully🫶🏻. I've just been ordering a ton of hot chocolates lately because that's my biggest craving being pregnant. And I would like to not be cheated out of the amount in paying for. I usually get kids size but I wanted a bit more this time but I still got a kids serving size just in a bigger cup.. Things are already expensive as it is and adding anything extra or jumping to a different size is even more. So correct me if I'm wrong but i don't think filling up a cup gets taken out of people's pay checks, right? :( but side note they are quick to fix it thankfully and gave me another so much appreciated for that! 🤌🏻🙏🏻

Typical Starbucks but I don't get why they are always behind or short-staffed or ? Just very slow! And they also seemed challenged to make a proper Cappuccino. Every time I get one here, it turns out more like a Latte than a Cappuccino. And I have had a lot of Starbucks Cappuccinos at other stores. I know they can do better!

I would like to take the time to say how much I appreciate every time I come to the Starbucks people are kind and friendly several times I've messed up my drink or if they have messed up my order they have always replaced it! I'd like to give a special thanks to some of the baristas that have always taken the time to take care of me as a customer, at this location bomee Raleigh kaydence faith they are wonderful 👍👍👍👍👍👍
The customer service use to be great here. It was one of my favorites to dine at but there is a new employee name Troy that has an attitude with customers and talks about them when they come into dine. Hopefully they are able to fix the customer service issues or they will lose repeat customers.

I have had the green tea frappe before, and was excited to try the new strawberry one. I went to the store on 303. I have never had any of my frapps look watery, and when I came back and said I heard her say she made it wrong, this tastes like water and a little bit of grass there's no sweetener in it, I was argued with and told that's how they always taste. I even asked if I could get something else, since that is how they make it there and she said no we'll just remake it. It was disgusting and on top of that the cashier was rude and the barista was clearly was not making them correctly. I ordered and paid for extra strawberry cold foam, and the second round tastes even more like water, and had half the amount of cold foam. When I asked if she remembered the extra cf, she lied...I will NEVER go there again and thanks for wasting my money. I am a single mother who only goes maybe once a year. I appreciate you making it such a wonderful experience 🙃
