The customer service use to be great here. It was one of my favorites to dine at but there is a new employee name Troy that has an attitude with customers and talks about them when they come into dine. Hopefully they are able to fix the customer service issues or they will lose repeat customers.

I have had the green tea frappe before, and was excited to try the new strawberry one. I went to the store on 303. I have never had any of my frapps look watery, and when I came back and said I heard her say she made it wrong, this tastes like water and a little bit of grass there's no sweetener in it, I was argued with and told that's how they always taste. I even asked if I could get something else, since that is how they make it there and she said no we'll just remake it. It was disgusting and on top of that the cashier was rude and the barista was clearly was not making them correctly. I ordered and paid for extra strawberry cold foam, and the second round tastes even more like water, and had half the amount of cold foam. When I asked if she remembered the extra cf, she lied...I will NEVER go there again and thanks for wasting my money. I am a single mother who only goes maybe once a year. I appreciate you making it such a wonderful experience 🙃

Early morning worker 3- 19 the worker with salt pepper hair and clean cut was extremely rude to a gentleman that was using restroom . And just reatacked like the person was using or being a nusen to the place I can see if the gentleman was smoking in there like quite a few others do a lot In the Seattle But I felt I should take my tip back out of jar and would like to more friendly people in opening shifts

Just picked up a to go drop coffee and breakfast sandwich. The coffee was filled completely to the brim and the lid was not secure. Spilled all over my center console. Not only that, but it is blazing hot. The 2 napkins were hardly enough to clean up the mess and then wipe my cup after I dumped out the top inch so I could safely handle it. How hard is it to do to go coffee Starbucks? Just atrocious service.
