I’m not leaving 5 stars because I think it’s atrocious that you would leave a single employee to work ALONE on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND during THE BLACKBERRY FESTIVAL. He was incredibly efficient but your employee deserves better!

Was working on the boardwalk for a special event, and I ate here BOTH days of my event.. spent about 30 dollars total, but then, was disrespected on day 2 for apparently getting too many refills? REALLY?! I used the same cup and straw every time and got more ice than anything else and this guy is looking at me like im a theif or something after CHOOSING to spend money in his establishment 2 days in a row?? That fountain drink is probably your highest grossing item, it costs pennies on the dollar for you to let me fill it, but now you've lost a customer for life, ill never be back to spend more after coming two days in a row. He managed to turn the highest grossing item on the menu into negative sales.. awesome work.

excellent, very professional
Maybe I just got lucky, but the sandwich artist that made my sandwich was fast and really kind. I ordered on Sunday the 16th at around 6pm. He was quick and clean and very professional. I highly recommend going during those hours at the very least.

I purchase a tuna 6inch with everything on it. and sat down to eat,open my sub and notice there was still bar sticker on the sub.i took it to the work name Manual and he gave me a dirty look like it is what it is. I asked for the manager and they said that I'm in charge and didn't want me to take a picture for proof. He grab it out my hand and threw it in the trash. Very bad customer service and they need to check all veggies for stickers now. Hope management can reach out and talk to me.
Place isn't super busy but I went late and the guy was very nice and patient with me. The sauce was good and everything was as expected. Idk why everyone had some bad experiences here but I didn't.
11:00 AM: The worst run Subway I've ever been to.
Lunchtime rush, they've got one guy making sandwiches, one girl only on register, she's not helping in-between, she's just standing there waiting for the guy to make online and in store orders. There's a line out the door, there's an alarm ringing constantly so plan on a headache. The owners are sitting in a booth watching the whole thing too. This is an ownership/management issue. Half an hour in line before I even talk to the sandwich maker. This is the one location I would expect to be run the best due to its proximity to the city workers and the naval base. The owners would actually make more money if they walked into any other Subway location and took notes. This is a privately owned Subway btw, so they don't honor any deals you see in advertisements. I'll never be back and I suggest that you avoid this place at all costs. (I won't even comment on the food)

The man who worked this evening around 8pm october 30th 2024 was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. I have the subway app and i placed a mobile order. On the app it allows for you to place a mobile order as a guest account. This is what I did. I didn’t have time to sign up for a subway account as I had just gotten out of class and barely had enough wifi to make sure my order went through. when i got to the location I told him I had a mobile order for india. He looked at me as if he was confused. I then was going to pull up the app and show him but it wasn’t loading. He looked at me like I was trying to steal a free sandwich. I literally had to pull up the bank transaction from my phone to prove i paid for the order. Which is absolutely ridiculous. He then asked me what kind of sandwich i ordered in a very rude tone. I felt uncomfortable and said what i ordered. He then grabbed the bag and angrily said “is this it?” It was my order, the only order on the shelf. He then snapped at me and said “Why don’t you put your name huh?? Put your name on the bag!” He tossed my food on the counter and glared at me. I was so upset. I explained to him i was unable to add my name. This was the worst service i ever experienced. Do not go to this subway. I never ever write reviews like this but i felt so disrespected that i had to resort to showing my bank statement just to prove i purchased a sandwich. i’m a food service worker myself and this was an absolutely horrible horrible employee.

Convenient location for me. I typically do online orders. The staff are relatively friendly, and the food is average for Subway chain. Unfortunately, not all coupons are taken here at least through their online ordering. Otherwise not really any other complaints.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the only privately owned subway around here. The dude working will mess up your order, even if it’s just a grilled ham and cheese. if you order ahead he won’t make it until you’re in the store. If they mess up your order they won’t refund you or fix it, out of the 10-15 times I’ve been here, maybe once or twice did I enjoy my food. Do not go here it’s a waste of money, go to literally any other subway

My experience was horrible. The guy who was working the front counter today was rude . He wasn't friendly, I felt rushed into making a food order decision. The prices were too high and the sandwich wasn't very appealing or taste very well either. Most sandwich places would allow you to put half of the choice ingredients on a foot long sandwich. Today I wanted half turkey and half ham the same with the toppings. The guy who made my sandwich would not allow me to do so , I never had a problem with my choice bc before. I will never go back to that subway ever again . Not satisfied with my experience today at all. The guy who wore there needs be better customer service experience.

Not open during posted operational hours, last time had to wait 10 min to order because the employee wouldn't come out of the upstairs.They also don't have buttons for many orders that aren't "basic." So pre programed with a set price, otherwise you pay up to additional 5$.

The last 2 orders have both been messed up. There is no customer service. They do not offer refunds. They are worthless.
