Not open during posted operational hours, last time had to wait 10 min to order because the employee wouldn't come out of the upstairs.They also don't have buttons for many orders that aren't "basic." So pre programed with a set price, otherwise you pay up to additional 5$.

use the coupons you get to foot-long’s for $12.99 I never asked him for two cookies but they turn around and charge me. I went to ask him about that. They said i ask for more cheese we never did. Watch out when you use subway coupons. The owner is really rude.

I was about to have a salad made here and a dude was using the restroom. He asked if he should lock the door again and the guy making the salad said "yes, many times black people come in". I clarified, "did you say black people come in?" He said yes. I lost my appetite and said that was some racist s$@t and left. What the actual f@&k?!

So I go to this subway for a meeting of which having to pay as a group. I had to use the restroom and was informed that I must purchase something however we have to pay to be here. The level of this women's disrespect is outstanding. I will never purchase anything from this establishment if this is how they choose to treat people.

There's only a couple times in the day you'll wait more than a few minutes in line. They accept coupons and that's a plus when gas is 5$ a gallon. The subway in manette recently closed so this is my go to for lunch on a budget.

My friend and I had a six inch sandwich on the Italian bread. I couldn’t even bite into the last inch of the sandwich the bread would need to be soaked in water to get teeth in to it. It was dry, hard and disgusting. Highly disappointed as subway is supposed to be baked fresh. Never eating at that location again. Highly advise trying local food.

I actually ordered pickup from here via Grubhub and it was supposed to be ready in 20-30 minutes. No problem! Got to the restaurant and 45 mins later they still haven't made it and I now had 7 people in line in front of me. I don't understand why they wouldn't make the sandwich beforehand so it would be ready for pickup. They made my girlfriend's salad but also waited for her to get there before making it (she got there before I did). This is completely unacceptable and if they were too busy due to the lunch rush, they should have paused all incoming orders for the delivery/pickup apps. I had to go back to work before I could even get this resolved and Grubhub would not reimburse me the $11 because the store said "it was in progress" making it--even though they clearly were not. I am disappointed the store lied about it being in progress when it wasn't and due to that I cannot get a refund through Grubhub.

I tried to order 2 subs here and there was such a language barrier that the worker added the ingredients on the wrong sandwich and when I pointed it out he got all mad at me so I said screw this and left. I'm not paying to get yelled at for a misunderstanding they're not willing to fix

Friendly staff and quick service. The store was clean and the food looked fresh. It was pretty much the same as every other subway store I have went to, so pretty good all around.
