The last couple times I've bought footlongs from this location online, they have been a disappointment. They are skimpy as hell!
Ordered a sandwich online with a coupon; the manager said their system had been down for 5 days and that she could not make the sandwich OR issue a refund without a BANK STATEMENT showing the charge. The app provided no way to cancel, either. I had to leave with no food and no refund.
Dropped by on a rainy night at 11:40. The service was quick and Alysse (apologies if the spelling is wrong!) took our order. Super positive energy and great attitude especially for it being so late and they were busy handling online/doordash orders as well as us. The sandwiches were delicious and assembled well! The establishment itself was very clean and organized. We definitely will come visit again and thank you again to Alysse for such great service! 😊
It’s like Subway and the team they hired at this location isn’t even trying.
The food is good and clean place , but they are terribly slow even if no ones in the store and no online orders are being made still expect around 10 min for your food.
I walked in to order food. They had one young kid working alone and he told me that he was making 8 sandwiches for a door dash order and it would be 20 mins before he could even help me. Poor management to have one guy on shift. And by the way...if it takes you 20 minutes to make 8 subway sandwiches then you should not be working there. This store is a joke, I will never go there again.
Your average subway. Their menu has completely changed since I have been to subway last. Food we got though was good. The gal working there that night seemed annoyed we were there, my buddy and I left asking each other what her problem was, we couldn't have been much more respectful than we had need toward her

I order from this location almost weekly, and their sandwiches are always full of fresh ingredients! Today i had an issue with my delivery and I called the store and spoke with Angel. She took care of the issue over the phone quickly! Super impressed with the customer service. I will continue to support this location! Great work!! Thank you!
My interaction with Nelle tonight has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had getting food. Extremely rude from the start. Telling me to speak up when she has an AirPod in her ear. Making the wrong sandwich and getting upset at me for correcting her. But I think the most upsetting thing about my time with Nelle was her coughing, sniffling and nose dripping while making my sandwiches. Completely rude, disgusting and unprofessional. Will not be coming back to this Subway

I stood in line for 20 minutes, waiting for them to even start on me. They were busy, so I gave them that I was patiently waiting. The lady was just slow. This isn't the first time I've come here, and it's been like this. But I wanted to stop on my way home and didn't want to stop at another place.
The lady that was here (Angel) took 5 mins to acknowledge us with a completly empty store and no current orders. Then was very rude to us while taking our order, and looked at us like we were stupid when we had questions or took time deciding on what we want. Just very rude and non conversational.
Night time customer service was really good!
I've ordered so many times....so many. EVERY TIME the bread is old and hard.
