He also made a comment about my “attitude” because I asked to have my sauce on last and not directly on the bread to the customer left in the store once I exited. I ordered on the app and everything looked fine on my end, but the sandwich artist said she never got my order. I was charged for it, including a tip!!! She refused to make me a sandwich even after I waited 30 minutes in case the order finally went through.

Ordered a sandwich online with a coupon; the manager said their system had been down for 5 days and that she could not make the sandwich OR issue a refund without a BANK STATEMENT showing the charge. The app provided no way to cancel, either. I had to leave with no food and no refund.
