Older lady named Angel doing food Temps of PHF foods didn't sanitize thermometer each time into different foods such as veggies on the cold side to the meats. I WILL NOT COME BACK WITH MY HOUSEHOLD AS WE ARE DISABLED INDEVIDUALS. This experience was very disgusting to see and my brothers BACON was not heated properly to temp, I understand the bacon is pre-cooked but is still harmful when not fully cooked to temp for a reheat. Angel was snappy when I pointed out the unprofessionalism of not cleaning the food thermometer while shoving it in other PHF foods cause she "has more experience"Is it really "Subway, Eat Fresh" or Subway, Eat PHF!Please re-train on these methods for future purposes and if you need to indicate everybody to retake the food handler certification.

funky smelling sandwich and another that is stale, bread hard as a brick. they get paid way too much and are lazy because of overpay or they dont get paid enough. a straight ripoff. maybe they're retarded, no matter, it seems to be a carelessness place.

The day shift manager lets the day shift workers do only half of their responsibilities and lets them leave it for the next shift to finish on top of the duties that shift has to get done. And should they miss a thing on that shift AFTER getting day shift's cleaning done, THEY get a write up for missing one thing from their responsibility list. That is on top of serving customers thru the dinner rush. The manager plays favorites with the people she works with on day shift. This location is also so over staffed they need to cut hours, so don't believe the sign that says they're hiring if you have bills to pay.

Walked in and got yelled at that there were 3 online orders ahead of us, so they (three employees), would get to us when they could. Asked for the bathroom code while we waited and they said we had to make a purchase to get the code, but they weren’t about to let us purchase anything right now, so we left. I’m not giving my business to anyone who treats their customers so poorly.

We walked in around 9 pm and were greeted by Zack, he was great and very friendly ! Definitely deserves recognition.He had a line practically out the door and was by himself and handled it great ! I had great conversation with him while we waited in line.

Pick up order, but you have to wait in line to get. I gave the name for the order. And had to show “proof” of my order. Not sure how giving the name of the order wasn’t proof enough. I showed my proof of order and realized once I got to my vehicle that my phone wasn’t even open to the confirmation. Then my sandwich orders were incorrect. The vibe isn’t good going in. I think the staff and managers need to be paid more so they can provide better service. The fact that we are so concerned with the use of the bathrooms and pick orders being stolen means the employees are out at some sort of risk and should be paid accordingly.

Bad service, they speak very quiet, very rude, we spent 30$ and they wouldn't give us the bathroom code until after we paid. My pregnant wife had to pee and it was ridiculous. I don't recommend coming here AT ALL...
