Quite honestly some of the rudest people I’ve met. We get the same sandwiches every time from multiple subways and for some reason this one can’t get it together I’m talking never folds the meat barely ever any lettuce half the time there no sauce, wrong bread. It’s constant problems for probably the last 5 time. I work right down the street so I really don’t wanta have to drive 7 minutes on my 30 minute break to the one on Kitsap way but apparently I have to now cuz when I called to nicely tell them my sandwich was messed up again the girl had nothing but attitude and said well first off the person that mad ur sandwich isn’t here anymore and second again there’s nothing I can do so ur gonna have to call at 2 even tho last time she took my name and number down and the manager called me idk what’s up but they definitely don’t care including the manager. (And btw I KNOW there not short staffed cuz my bf applied here 3 times and never heard back even called and gave his info to a manager)

My experience was EXCELLENT today! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and waited on by very friendly upbeat Emily, she was so nice and made an excellent sandwich. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the store & bathroom. Lastly the couches & chairs were such a nice surprise I did not expect to see in a Subway. I will definitely be back!

The Subway owner does not train his team in customer service. I’ve been coming to this location off and on for two years. During that time, I’ve seen four or five different crews of employees. Not once has anyone said, “Welcome to Subway.” Not once has anyone made eye contact until they start making your sub. The entire staff ignores you until they’re forced to speak with you.
Every other Subway in town greets you, offers a simple “Hello,” or at least says, “I’ll be with you in just a minute.” If this had happened only once, I might assume that particular employee just didn’t like to talk. But after experiencing this with so many different people, it clearly points to a failure in leadership.
If you’re ordering online or prefer not to interact with people, this location is fine. But if you want to be treated like a valued customer, go to any other Subway in Bremerton.

If I could go back in time to record the encounter me and my partner experienced going inside to order food I really would because we both were very confused. We immediately noticed nobody around so I rung the bell and we were eventually (because it took the dude a while to even come out) greeted with absolute attitude. Were ordering our food he completely ignores me and then later on let me know he heard my request he just wasn’t responding.. He was slamming everything around and we walked out those doors knowing that we will NEVER go back to that specific subway again which is sad because it’s so close to us.

I love this subway I hold visits with my daughter there and they make really good sandwiches My daughter always orders spinach on hers I just want mine to be messy and drip in my lap and that garlic aioli is to die for

Do not go to this Subway. What a disaster. Order 45 minutes ahead and get sandwich 30 minutes late. It’s a snails pace in there.
