I love this subway I hold visits with my daughter there and they make really good sandwiches My daughter always orders spinach on hers I just want mine to be messy and drip in my lap and that garlic aioli is to die for
Emily is the best sandwich artist there is!! She’s such a bubbly welcoming person, just love her! ❤️
Emily was extremely short and rude with me also very short and rude towards Kristina her co worker.
The female was fantastic
Do not go to this Subway. What a disaster. Order 45 minutes ahead and get sandwich 30 minutes late. It’s a snails pace in there.

Fresh ingredients. Good sandwiches. HOWEVER (8.24.2024 @ 12:35 pm) No diet coke. No iced tea. No lemonade. (Drink machine issues? Why no iced tea? (Men's restroom in need of attention.)

Kind of a dead of a place, comparing to other locations. Basically same Subway as others but for the price nowadays for a sammie, there's a lot not to be desired at this place.
By the way, restroom is locked here. So one has to wait in line for the others to sloooowly get their sandwich before the next customer can get theirs before finally someone next in line just wants the door code.
TV wasn't running, restaurant is empty, .. it's just sooo sad of a place. Oh wells,

The last few times I've come in they are very slow. It takes most of a half hour to get a simple sandwich. I stood there waiting and watching as they took their sweet time. Their timing sucks.

They were friendly, expressed authenticity, effort beyond it just being a job. I forgot my diaper bag in the bathroom and they found it, kept it in the back with everything in it, including my wallet with cash. Best subway I have been to.

Easily the worst Subway I've been to, and this lovation used to be good. There were four people working (a Saturday around 1245), one (I believe the manager) was sitting in the dining room, one in the back prepping (vegetables I think) and two behind the counter (Girl A and Girl B). Girl B was new, like maybe her first day, and definetely no training. I will skip the comedy of errors and jump to the end. I ordered a six inch BMT--I got a twelve inch BMT on bread so stale the ends were as hard as croutons! There was no provolone cheese on the line, so they needed to grab some from the back. You know the nice shiny slicers on the counters now? Ever see one getting used? The cheese was taken from a vacuum package, and definetly was not sliced in the store. (As an aside, have you seen the lift up lid that now hides the protein section in Subway? I think that is to hide the gact that the meat is not sliced in the store and that is just a marketing scheme.)Anyway, the wher four little onion piece on the line, and no attempt was made to get more. The final fail was when she wrapped my sandwich and rhe end was left hanging out of the paper. Again, clearly Girl B has not been trained. My wife ordered a salad, which ened up missing pickles and cheese, and qhen it was done Girl A realized there were no lids for the salad bowls. When the guy in the lobby was asked about lids, he first said someone (likely him) forgot to order them, then said someone (again, probably him) ordered the wrong ones. So they found saran wrap to put on the bowl.No knock on the girls behind the counter--they were doing there best. Girl B deserves proper training. Girl A deserves help from an experienced co-worker (either the lady in the back or the guy in the lobby, who can get back to what they were doing when there's no customers. The guy in the lobby is inept and should not be in the position he's in.And Subway should explain why the cheese is prepackage, and answer whether the meat is too. I have yet to see a slicer in ANY Subway that lioks like it was used to slice anything.

Manager sat in lobby while one girl tried to tell an obvious new girl how to do things while she was doing something else and multi tasking so much it was total chaos that reflected in our order and what we ended up with. Thanks to the new barriers, you can no longer see product and what they are doing with your order until it is at the end. My husband ended up with a foot long when he had ordered a half. I ended up with no cheese for my salad and no side of pickles because with all the chaos and back and forth it was really a hot mess. They did not have a cheese in the case that should have been there. The other girl had to go get. There were no lids for my salad (The girl had to go scrambling for Saran wrap ) because the manager Said someone forgot to order lids. Then he said someone ordered the wrong ones. But doesn't the manager do that or at least oversee it? My husband paid for the entire order despite the fact that he had only wanted A 6-in sub. But at that point why try to correct them and go through all that again. Hands down The manager observing this should have stepped in and prevented this fiasco.

This is (unfortunately) by far one of the slowest Subways around. If you're on a lunch break, call it in and it might be ready.?

Service is extremely slow, taking forever to make a six inch sub, when it should take 5 mins make. Not over 15 mins. The staff needs to kick it in a higher gear and move faster.
