Service is extremely slow, taking forever to make a six inch sub, when it should take 5 mins make. Not over 15 mins. The staff needs to kick it in a higher gear and move faster.

Here I had the worst sandwich ever eaten by mortal man. Service wasn’t great either. I had to repeat my self several times. Now I remember why I don’t go to subway. Never again.

Poor customer service don't take bills over $20 and don't have a kid friendly atmosphere at all they were perturbed about the kids sitting on their couches they have in front of a "fireplace " and tv sitting on the wall above the fireplace disgusting food at this particular subway. And didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich just threw it together and served it to me on a plastic fry container that was to small for the sandwich all in all I was un enthused

Hardly put any tuna in my footlong after I placed the order in the app. Staff does not greet or acknowledge you when you enter.Horrible location.

I've been to this location several times and always get the same thing; an Italian BMT wrap. Tonight when I walked in, right away I noticed how clean and orderly everything was. Not that it's bad usually but that it looked extra nice. I thought about mentioning how amazing it looked but was caught up in an important phone text conversation about a funeral I've got to go to. As serious as that was, I had to stop when Sarah had finished with my wrap because in all the times I'd gotten one, none were that perfect! It's terrible to eat one that's flat or weirdly lumpy on one end. She seriously made me the best one I've ever had, so I needed to say something. Kudos to both the girls working tonight for keeping it so clean!

When I got to the store, it seemed like they weren't ready for customers. I waited 5 minutes or so for someone to take my order. When I got to the register, the manager was at the person collecting the money. She asked men8f I wanted anything else, and I said I would like a cookie. She said she hadn't opened the oven yet today. It was 10:30. I asked her, "What time do you open? She said 7:00. It appeared there was some serious laziness going on.

Brenda, I was just at this subway and your team is lacking. The women working seemed very distracted and kind of all over the place. It took them forever to get through one sandwich.

Worst Subway in all of Kitsap. Staff don’t acknowledge your presence. No greeting upon entering. They dont even ask if your ready to order, theyll stare at you until you make the first move. Ingredients are always out. Sometimes no bread or meat is available. Been here multiple times and will never come back. Shut this place down if possible. Staff there could care less.

Bromoto Ebikes

(Wednesday 9/21/22) I ordered 2 foot long subs from here, put all my ingredients that I wanted. I drove home opened it up and nothing was correct! I ordered jalapeños and instead got pickles, I ordered chz and didn't get chz. My other sub asked for pickles and got green peppers, and asked for oil and vinegar and got yellow mustard instead.I tried calling the store twice 15mins apart and nobody answered.Never going back!

Do not order delivery from this location. I had tried ordering from here last night (9/7) and had my order canceled when it was supposed to be arriving. I tried ordering again tonight (9/8) only for part of my order to show up after having the full amount taken out of my account for the two foot long meals I had order. I went to the tracking and it said I was only getting one item for $26 something when I had paid $40+ for two meals. Then it said my driver was at the store and was there for over 10 minutes then it said he hasn't arrived to the store yet. I had to have customer service cancel my order because they can't get it right.

Very impressed with Krystal one of the employees. Restaurant had been very busy and she was still able to hold it all together and be very pleasant and personable. Sandwich was terrific made to order.
