Why do you have your restrooms on lockdown for customers only if you're not going to actually serve customers so that they can actually get into the bathroom? Keep in mind that some people urgently need to go before they order the food.

This is probably the worst subway I’ve ever visited. Everytime I have been in there (5 times), I’ve been told they can’t help me or it will be a long wait because we have mobile orders in front of you. I understand that it’s 2025 and every one uses mobile ordering but you think this location would either A. Utilize the multiple people working behind the counter to split the mobile orders and handle the customers that walk-in Or B. Hire more people to handle the mobile orders and customers that come inside. When you do go into the store and they tell you this, they act like your such an inconvenience to them because you are their to order a sandwhich.
It is convenient that they have a drive thru but it’s not really because you get told that the wait will be 15+ mins.
Do yourself a favor and not waste your time, and just find another Subway!

There is one guy in there that absolutely doesn't care. Didn't put any lettuce on salad when I ordered online and the was less than half full and it look like he flipped it upside down into another bowl and I did tip and order two salads.

Not impressed with this location, is this one ran by different owners? Last week I ordered at another bremerton location and I was shocked all my stuff was perfect. Ordering dinner didnt make the day any easier with kids that are very strict on food, why is the cheese rolled up in the meat and melted on a cold sandwich. We cant order just cheese so we take the meat off when we get it but was made so we couldnt do that. The bread was wrong on both kids sandwiches. The salad I ordered seemed pretty rediculous this time, it was a mess, salad is chopped meat!!!! If you hate your job them quit!!! We work hard for our money too and to tip you for doing a crappy job is absurd... done with this location 19546 cause it is more than one time and I'm not wasting money and tipping people that dont do their job.

Placed an order online and only got some of the ingredients I ordered and lots I didn’t even want on both sandwiches… I wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the workers as I walked in and I was the only person there so it’s not like it was busy… the bread was very old and stale, I went to pick it up maybe 15 minutes after ordering online… I’ll definitely be going out of my way next time to go to a different store

Literally one time, I would like to have my sandwich how I order it. To be able to "eat fresh, and feel good" about it. Wilted veggies are not fresh. When I ask for more, that means more than a leaf. This subway is by far one of the worst ones I've been to. Nice people. I like the sarcasm of one individual. But that should not be apart of customer service that's doesn't sell on the disrespect. I won't be hear again without giving direct guidance of mine. Keeping a clear eye on the FRESH FOOD. Thanks for the mistakes, Subway Employees at this location!
Every time I try to go through the drive through the knucklehead that works the evening shift tells me "it's gonna be at least twenty or thirty minutes before he can get to my sandwich" Please for god's sake fire that guy , he is costing you a lot of business. I have gone inside to get a sandwich and he is incredibly unprofessional.

Went to the drive thru today and the girl had such an attitude. They didn’t seem to have anything I asked for but I think she just didn’t want to pull it out cause how are you out of egg whites at 11am, and two different breads I asked for?

My wife visited there and was threatened with physical violence by a staff member named “Aurora”. This person had a rude and abrasive sarcastic demeanor for no reason at. The phrase uttered was “…I don’t want to talk about it because it makes me want to punch people”. Super unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Be better.

There was a blonde girl who was extremely rude and judgy towards my grandma and myself. She cussed when told about o ur sandwiches. Just not okay. Sandwiches were good
