My wife visited there and was threatened with physical violence by a staff member named “Aurora”. This person had a rude and abrasive sarcastic demeanor for no reason at. The phrase uttered was “…I don’t want to talk about it because it makes me want to punch people”. Super unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Be better.

My last visit was disappointing. It had been a while since I had subway so I was really excited. The person working the drive thru told me it was going to be 10 min til they could take my order because they had 2 orders in the drive thru ahead of me and several online orders so I was totally fine waiting but it turned into 20 min then they would take part of my order and say hold on then 5 min later come back and stop me in the middle of giving my order again to wait another 5 min. The person didn't apologize at all and was super short at the window. I brushed it off to being busy but the food was the worst I have gotten from any subway. They had hardly anything inside of them, missing ingredients and i paid for the extra big sandwiches so it made no sense that it was mostly bread and that was part rubbery part crunchy. $30 wasted! ?

When someone orders avocado smash on their sandwich usually it's put on the sandwich rather than as a side. You're better than this subway.

Dont ever ever go to this store because one of their employee named CODY is very very Rude and Racist to customers.i went to this subway store to claim my daughter Free kids Meal coupon given by Central Kitsap School District.when i showed the coupon to Cody he looks annoyed and irritated.after he finished praparing it and time to claim he said $22.00 dollars and i was shocked to ask him why its a Free Kids Meal Coupon by the school and then he shouted at me that its $22.00.i told him no not and he shouted at me again saying he will call the cops and he threw the food and keep on threatening me he will call the cops.i told him go call them and i will wait.he didnt call the cops so i tried to call the owner phone number listed on the store but nobody answer for 5x calling.Just dont go to this store especially if the employee is CODY..

You guys, once again, should really get people working at this place, who actually work, the problem seems to be the children you hire. Yesterday there were two little kids flirting with each other, messing around, leaving the other employee alone in the front area while they played and God knows what else they did, Don't know how long they fooled around for, didn't stick around for much longer, but that is a work area, where people are buying food, we don't wanna see little girls flirting with little boys and they definitely shouldn't be playing around while there's one person who is up front LOL tell you kids to be lovey dovey off the clock. This isn't the first time I've gone in & there were children messing around. Usually I get attitude, but the gentlemen who actually served me, not the kids playing, was super respectful.

The sandwich was good. The service was barely acceptable. I was in the drive thru lane and it appeared that inside customers were more important. Even when the employee was able to help me it was like her attention was elsewhere. I haven't been to this store, or any Subway for nearly two years and it maybe two more years, if ever, before I return.
