Not sure about the other reviews here, but Alice and Stavis gave my wife and I quite possibly the best service I have ever received at a Taco Bell. They got my order down perfectly and gave me excellent customer service at the window and loaded us up on sauces. I never leave reviews, but this interaction I had was absolutely worth the praise for them.

This location SUCKS! My order is always missing something. After the third order here and this one being in person, I now know that all of your employees are extremely lazy. My tacos are ALWAYS stuck to the paper from being PRE MADE long before I showed up. I can’t even eat the hard tacos because I have two halves and everything falls out from the shell being stuck (literally dried) to the paper! I don’t appreciate not being able to enjoy my dinner. Never had a problem at the 303, go there ! Zero stars.

Slowest Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Embrace yourselves to wait 25-30 min for your order. The employees work at a snail pace. If your DoorDash prepare to wait even longer. You are their absolute last priority:
Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through the app for us. No answer at the drive-through screen. Pulled up to the window to hopefully get serviced. Saw an employee go to the back, then didn't see anyone for the next 20 minutes. We would've left, but given I had already paid for our order, i didn't want to get charged for nothing. I tried calling the store twice, no answer. Finally, an employee who identified that he had just arrived stated that they were still closed 40 minutes after because of issues he wasn't entirely sure of. Lady in the back, who I assume was in charge, stated finally that I wouldn't be charged if they didn't check me in. This ultimately meant that we weren't going to get our order. The very least any employee could've done was inform us of any situation going on. I would've understood and gone elsewhere. Instead, they just made us (and the others behind) wait for no reason. Probably the worst service I've ever seen, especially from a management perspective that doesn't even attempt to rectify the situation.

If you're not in a rush go to the taco bell on the other side of town. Today I ordered $30 worth of food when I got to the window I only got half of my order, I was told no you got the whole thing, so I had to pull the food out and say no I wouldn't pay $30 for four tacos. Moments after that, someone came to the window they forgot to give me the other bag. That bag did not have what I ordered in it The cashier Jacob r argued with me and said that's what I did order. what I got I didn't want and I don't want. Poor customer service I used to go there all the time. If you're actually craving Taco Bell the food quality and customer service is better on the other side of town. It wasn't even that busy you would think they would have figured it out instead of just telling me I was wrong I don't like chalupas I like dorito tacos.

I had no issues with the food. However there was a worker on the staff that was pacing in front of the table that my significant other and myself were at. He would loom and stare at us then block one of the exits. Then as we left I watched him blatantly check out and stare at my significant others behind. We were planning on eating our meal there but had to leave early due to feeling so uncomfortable.
