Came here based on Yelp reviews. So glad we did! It was a Tuesday evening and we figured it would be slow. It wasn't. They were busy the entire time we were there! That alone showed me it was probably great food. Taco shop is in a gas station so seating is limited but fun (cow chair). The chef worked his ass off preparing all the orders before and after us but was pretty fast. Not a long wait at all. We got the quesabirria tacos and a Cali burrito. Tacos: exceptional flavor! Highly recommended. Meat was juicy and gelled well with the cheese. I need more of this in my life! Cali burrito was HUGE! I watched chef make it and thought to myself there was no way all that carne asada, fries, beans, cheese, guacamole and sour cream could possibly fit in the tortilla. It did, and it didn't fall apart, and it was BOMB! We ate half of it and took the rest home for more deliciousness later that night. This is a gem of a find...make sure you take the time to visit!

Brief Line Up Front: Great Mexican taco counter take out on a gas stationWife and I tried it out and were amazed at the taste, better than most sit down joints in the area.Wife's Burria taco and carne asada were stuffed with an abundance of meat. Asada was ok, but the Birria is the selling point super star.I got the bacon wrapped burrito which was delicious.Salsas were amazing, red one was on fire and the green one was nice and smooth. Would definitely go again

I mean my husband raved about this place but the breakfast burrito was ok nothing special. But tell me why we had to wait over an hour for two items. They were out of fries and didn’t tell us until the other worker was on their way to get fries to add to our order?! I asked for sour cream but was told they didn’t have enough. As I was looking at a huge tub of sour cream. Like ok nobody here does an inventory of product? Not to mention the girl was on a personal phone call the ENTIRE time while cooking our order. There was no apologies for anything. I personally won’t be back. I can understand things happen but for a place that just opened a restaurant I would hope they strive to have a little better customer service!!

Very, very good food but way, way too greasy. I would consider coming here more often if it wasn't so. I get it, it's a gas station, and maybe I'm just not as familiar with Kass station food as I should be; it just all has that greasy spoon feel, so I'm wondering how good the food would actually be if it wasn't so. It made me feel like if I wanted healthy, I'd rather go to Taco Bell.
Pretty good! I'd probably only visit this place once a year. Just looking out for my health.. hahaha

First time. Service was rude-ish (it was a lady working). I still tipped. We didn’t get any of the sauce to dip in. A Customer ordered AFTER me but was served before me. I have an idea why, but I will keep that to myself. He wasn’t a ‘pick up order’ or ‘door-dash’ order. He literally ordered the same food as me. Anyways, will I be back? Nope.

Dec 2022- Quesabirria Tacos with the salsa verde and Consome ... wow!! Just get it! Also, they are opening a restaurant just up the road in about a week, not the same menu.April 2023- I didn’t know about quesabirria tacos before I came to Taco Rico. Since then, I’ve found a handful of other places. I live an hour away, and these are the BEST quesabirria tacos around. They use the right cheese and the shells aren’t soggy. The taste of the meat is great without being overly oily. I tried a chicken burrito last week. Holy guacamole, amazing! I’m looking forward to trying more items off the menu!

Delicious and not too greasy I got 4 tacos- 2 carne asada, 1 Pollo and 1 chorizo.Pickled jalapeno and carrots placed on top. The lime wasn't the freshest, but the salsas were ON POINT.
