My wife and I attended a wedding reception catered by Toad House, and it was outstanding! The pizza was incredible — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Fantastic food and service from start to finish!

My wife Tish and I are the Vice Presidents of entertainment for Kitsap Chapter for Washington State Cougars.

We were looking for a great place to watch Cougar football. We were fortunate to meet Kirk, Nicky, and Brian (EMBA) graduate from Washington State University.

What makes this great team of people is the atmosphere of being at someone’s house. So inviting and kind. Their staff are some of the nicest people you could know.

Most importantly the food is like Italian home cooking. I grew up in an Italian family and their food is spot on. My mom rest her soul would approve,

Now the pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever had by far. And don’t forget Tesio they are a sister store to Toad House.

You can’t miss with this place…

They also will entertain special events, we had a Cougar Christmas Party at Tesio, Nicky Caters and did a fantastic job. I recommend for your next ever you talk to her.

(Captain) Kirk thank you for the friendship and allowing our Cougs a place for games.

Nicky we love you thank you for being such a great host to all of our events. Brian congratulation's on your awesome achievement, I will miss our spirited conversations. Go Cougs

If you want to have a great time and great food Nicky is now the Vice President of Entertainment now. Come out to Toad House for every Coug game.

Kirk we will miss you Boss….

Had the “Salty Orchard” today & it was DELISH! The honey on top took it from a 9 to a 10. The service was prompt and the pizza came out hot. We really enjoyed our experience here today!

Love their pizza! Servers and manager are absolutely lovely. The girl cooking pizzas in the back is a total gem.

I have gone to Toad House several times. It is my go to restaurant in Bremerton. Great food, friendly service and wonderful atmosphere.

Nice sports bar feeling but the drinks were lacking. Ordered a standard Moscow mule that tasted like only sour mix with no ginger beer. The old fashioned had ice in it and tasted really strong and unbalanced. Our server forgot about a glass of white wine we ordered and when it arrived it was warm.

The pesto sandwich was good although mostly bread and although the carne asada pizza was doughy the toppings were good. The standard pizza was cooked perfectly so the excess toppings of the carne asada pizza probably hindered the cooking process.

Overall, the food is ok and the drinks are less than good. They do offer offers on Mondays and Tuesdays for military and $3 draft beer.

We've had a good experience with takeout pizza from Toad House but this dine in experience was not worth it.

Daughter picked this place as a reward for her 5K run. Sadly, no awards to be given out for this restaurant. Had hoped for better.

Took an hour to get food (see photo time stamps). We had two kid's pizzas, one ceaser salad and one 10' pizza. When we showed up, there was one server covering the floor and one cook. Three other families came in after us but got their food first.

Food ticket system had an issue to complicate the server issue. Took a while to get food ordered overall as well. Server recognized the long food delay and took 10% off the bill but that was too little to late.

Family was hungry, we ate fast and left. Food was mediocre for the price paid with fresh chicken on the salad and pizza, but the chicken had no flavor.

Only stop here if you got spare time to burn and nowhere to go.

We timed it - an hour to get a 10” pizza. Good pizza - but sllooooowww.

We went for the happy hour pizza and it was so cheesy and delicious, I am not usually a crust person but I ate this crust.
The service was also excellent Heaven was so nice and personable. I 100% recommend toad house for great pizza and great service.

My wife and I ordered the Greek Pesto Pizza for take-out. When I got home with the pizza, my wife and I were excited and extremely hungry. As soon as we took a bite, we noticed there was no pesto sauce on the pizza and it was extremely dry. We were totally disappointed. Nowadays you have to not only look at your food when you pick it up, but also take a couple of bites. I don't think we will be returning.

After seeing such stellar reviews I thought our group of 3 adults would be in for a real treat. Boy, was I wrong.

When you walk in later in the week at 7pm (the dinner hour) and only one couple is in the entire place, that's a bit of a red flag. For the record, there is NO cushioned seating of any kind. Hard wood only, including booths.

After waitstaff seating us, we wait and wait for menus. Nothing. Finally, after 10 minutes one of us got up and had to go ask if we could get menus. We're then told you have to scan a QR square. Why weren't we told this upon being seated??? So we scan this with our phones. Few minutes later they take our orders. About 10 min's later server comes and tells one of us there is no bread or perhaps baguettes for sandwiches??? After getting over the amazement of something so basic as anything with "bread" not being an option, he then proceeds to order pizza. Waited nearly 40 min's and we're all starved. They bring out pizza for ONE person. We're then told there was somehow some kind of mix up in the kitchen and the other 2 orders for our group WERE NEVER MADE (NOTE: there is only one other couple here, and they've already received their food). NO possible explanation for a "mix up", as there's NO OTHER ORDERS EXCEPT OURS. IS YOUR STAFF HIGH??? Knowing the culinary business, I think we all know the answer. Too bad, because we tip quite well. On Thur, 9/26 we sure didn't. Thanks for also making us considerably late to where we needed to be.

NOTE: Toad House uses a WOOD BURNING oven. Let's make an already BAD climate problem even worse and use natural resources that doesn't need to happen. Am still shaking my head at this fiasco.
