Every time I’ve ordered here my order was wrong, and it’s not like I got something difficult, order everything standard off the menu and they still will mess it up and if you tell them it’s wrong or missing something they are very nasty about it.

This Wendy's is located on Military Base. Do not order from them. You'll never get your order and if you do it will be cold. Very few people can get one the base. And the idiot manger just keeps saying I only make the food. They should not even offer delivery.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning and an orange juice from Wendy’s. The cost was a little over eight dollars. The breakfast sandwich, a muffin with egg and sausage, it was absolutely, 100%, unedible. It was so bad it was almost comical, I blame myself for ventiuring there!

Edit: Wendy's was the only meal I had yesterday. Beginning at 0400 today, I've been sick. Vomiting and diarrhea. Fun times. Thanks Wendy's!
I'm very disappointed and actually angry that we just spent over 50 dollars for a meal for two people, and it was mostly garbage.
Several items were missing. What remained was blatantly wrong or clearly had been sitting out for hours. The burger was rock hard, dried out and cold. The fries were hard and cold.
We don't go here often but I guarantee this will be our last time.
But the junior sailors don't have many dining options on base. It's a shame that this is one of them and that you can't do better than this. It's obvious you take absolutely no pride in your work. You don't deserve to do business on base.
Ordering inside is only through a kiosk. Sometimes the kiosks are backed and run extremely slowly. Orders won't be taken at counter.

Inept staff. Untrained cashier couldn't apply BOGO FREE coupon. Charges extra $1. Requested manager for assistance to correct. "Manager" asks me to insert my card for refund to be applied. After inserting card manager charges $1.53, then credits $1.53. Really no clue what they're doing in this place. If anyone accountable for this store wishes to verify transaction, it occurred Sept, 14 2024 at approximately 2:30pm.

I've lived in Port orchard for 2 years, and this is about the 8th time I've gone to this wendys, and this is the 8th order that has been screwed up. Only 2 cars in the drive thru this time and still can't get things right. Never going back

For being one of the only food options on this base, this place makes me long to just eat a pinecone instead. I'd get faster, nicer, and better quality service. The staff are rude and incapable of taking orders from the desk. One of 3 kiosk has been down well over a month, the other sporadically works, and one work okay ish. This is based on 6 visit and I'm officially done with it. I'm gonna eat the pinecone instead.
