I’m here to talk about the superstar in team leadership that Kaitlyn is. The manager at this location deserves a shoutout for giving upmost care to circumstances in her control and following through the best she can. I had a tough time with getting an order straightened out/ refunded and am still waiting to hear the results from Customer Care. But she didn’t hesitate to do what she could in her power to make the situation right. Thank you Kaitlyn!

I ordered a spicy chicken asiago burger took it home and within my first bite found a long white hair in my burger. I pulled it out and found another long white hair in my mouth from the bite I took. Spent $45 and couldn't even eat my food.

I am so upset right now. I two ordered three biggie bags.... I asked for crispy fries. My fries were old. They were not crispy. My cheeseburger was ice cold And my nuggets was cold. Not crispy like they've been sitting there all day long. I am pissed. I am so pissed. Tried calling this stupid restaurant back and no one can pick up the phone because they're .... It took almost 15 minutes for me to place my order in drive-thru!
It's probably best that I'm not feeling good and I can't leave my house to take this shit back to that restaurant... WOW
