The actual human service is decent however the AI ordering crap is absolutely horrible and you can’t order in person inside either. Please bring back real human customer service!

If you go through the drive thru ask for a crew member to avoid the autobot but seriously the best Wendy's I've had in YEARS! the crew members were very happy. 10/10

The Ai robot taking orders in the drive thru is aweful. We hated it. Food is what you would expect and the humans were nice, but definitely won't go back simply to avoid the ai.

The food for Wendy's was actually really good . Normally Wendy's food is hit and miss but this one does really well.

Issue with this one is like other people said . Don't use the drive through . That AI thing sucks . Trying to tell it what you want takes forever and if you want any type of change to your order it messes it up . Then the staff has to take over anyways.

The Staff here is great. Food is great . Building was clean etc .

Just hate the AI drive through.

Don't go here. Food is great, drive through takes twice as long or longer than anywhere else, even though it is computerized, going inside can be either real quick or slow take forever.last time I went in to order, and the car that was waiting two cars back hadn't moved at all. Don't order anything that needs substitutions or taking off items because they will just make it however it is listed on the menu. In short it's not your way, and sure the heck isn't right away.

I ordered a chocolate frosty and got vanilla. Very simple and they still messed it up. That was the only thing on my order!

Medium frosty is around $5, not worth it sadly

Poor Wendy’s. 20 min drive thru times, some kind of horrible and slow ai that takes your order (best of luck if you make a mistake or have an accent) and burgers with cold buns and barely any sauce. Things have changed. Drinks are probably the only good thing left here.

Ahh, my friendly neighborhood Wendy's 😌
Great staff that are fun, energetic, and always asking about your life and how things are going. *Bux quality customer experience/interaction. Food is good. Not a HUGE Wendy's fan by any means, but they do what they're supposed to do quite well. 3/5 * food in the Grand scheme of things, but 5/5 * food compared to any other average wendys
Plus it's a 2 minute walk from my place, if that. Come in and eat, you won't regret it (unless Wendy's isn't really your thing) 😌

I love there spicy chicken nuggets and other stuff on the menu. But there ai is so annoying like it sometimes it cuts me off and gives me something random. And sometimes there food is not fresh but im giving it a three because i like that you can say “ can i talk to a person please “ and you can order normally
