They had a booth at the dahlia farm in Shelton, off of lynch road over the weekend. I had a polish dog with chili, called the dirty dave I believe. It was great.

The stars alligned and I was finally able to catch him. Great guy, good customer service. I loved my Kraken dog, the spices of the polish dog with the cream cheese, sweetness of the Jabenaro jelly, plus a mountain of grilled onions and bacon crumles all meshed together deliciously.

Stopped by after visiting Olympic National Park. It was a one-man show, so the order took a little bit of time, but the food was excellent. My girlfriend got a hot dog and I got a cheesesteak and next time I’d like to try other options. Great spot for lunch!

The flavors have clearly been meticulously thought through. Delicious food! And the serving size is very generous. The chicken philly was amazing! The canal is my favorite dog he offers.

The customization is Great! I had the spicy mac and cheese with pulled pork and the mud sauce. I'm not one for spicy and didn't realize it was spicy so he added some extra mud sauce for me. Though I can't handle the spice I couldn't stop eating the mac because the flavor was amazing! Definitely the best pulled pork mac I have ever had! Everyone in our group had nothing but amazing things to say about their custom hotdogs! His kindness matched his professionalism. We will be coming back.

The Mac and Cheese here is maybe the best I’ve ever had! We also got the Kraken dog which was out of this world! Service 10/10 food 10/10 definitely be coming back here!!!
