Ordered a Philly cheesesteak. They didn’t tell me that they were out of half the ingredients.
No onion, no pepper, no pickles. Spent $15 on a sandwich that was so small. When I went back to ask where everything was, I was informed they were out and didn’t seem like they really cared. It wasn’t till I was walking out and said if I had known I would have ordered something else. After that they offered to make something else. However, being there was only me and another gal and I had already waited 20 minutes for my sandwich, I didn’t have time to wait another 20. Wont return. If I had been told or even showed an inch of concern, I would feel differently

This Firehouse has gone so far downhill since they switched owners. My sandwich is always made incorrectly, and waiting 30+ minutes for your order even when the place is empty seems like a problem. I usually don't complain, being a 20 year veteran of the service industry myself, but the people in charge of running this place really need to reevaluate their standards for service.

I love firehouse and go pretty frequently to a couple locations and don’t typically leave a review but, was a little upset when I walked in at 6pm and ordered a Mac and cheese and bowl of potato soup. There was 3 other people that ordered and it took me 30 minutes before I got my food. I have also had a couple instances where I order online and drive 25 minutes home to pick it up and i still wait an extra 10-15 minutes to get what I ordered. Seems to only happen at this location.

A sub every 15 minutes while playing graba$$ is not productive nor inviting to come back!! Very poor service!

Subs are great! Full of flavor!

The sun was ok. Was not expecting sweet dressing on an Italian sub. Expected a vinaigrette. Raul was not happy I wanted to order, mumbled when talking was just not friendly at all. I ordered a large and figured I'd get my money out of it but the last 2 inches of the sub on both ends had nothing but dressing. I expected more. Sad to say I was disappointed.

Excellent job to the crew working Friday 3-21-25 afternoon. Even though they were busy they worked hard to get our food to us very quickly. The sandwiches were great and we appreciate the fast friendly service.

Stopped by for a sub to take home for lunch. Ordered the club. Got home 30 mins later to find no bacon on it. Place wasn't busy. Prices good but like Subway, sandwiches skimpy. Plus they warmed it up. I wasn't asked and expected a cold sub. Guess they're all toasted?? Won't be back.
