The food is not only delicious, but the portions are also really generous. You definitely get your money’s worth! My pho came out hot and flavorful, with a rich broth and tender meat.
I tried their com tam with grilled pork, and it was outstanding. The rice was soft, and the pork was grilled to perfection—tender with a slightly charred flavor. The side of fish sauce gave it the right touch of sweet and tangy.
The hu tieu nam vang was also a standout. The broth was light yet full of flavor, and it came with a generous amount of shrimp, pork, and noodles. The balance of flavors was spot on, making it one of the best I’ve had.
As for their fried chicken, it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was perfect, with just the right amount of crunch and flavor. It’s the kind of fried chicken you can’t stop eating, and it’s definitely a dish I’ll be ordering again.
