Had an absolutely delightful meal with friends. Had never been before even though I’ve lived between West Seattle and Burien since 2009. Had a steak dinner, apps, bourbon and beer, and all was spot on, but the standout was the grilled vegetables on the salad menu. Divine. I would go back just for that.Vegetarian options: Had several options that would appeal to vegetarian preferences. The grilled vegetables salad is don’t-miss.

The waitress helping us was nice and really sold us on their winter dessert which was a meringue paired with pears, pomegranate and other yummy stuff. It was delicious and we devoured it within minutes. The food is always good and love coming here to celebrate small special occasions.

Our dinner was at 913 The Place Next Door. The food was marvelous for everyone in our party of four - duck breast, flat iron steak, and sambuca prawns. Service was timely and gracious. Atmosphere was good but not great in the outside dining area definitely will go here again.

We had Burrata and the smoked pork butt. Three different craft cocktails and two different desserts. Everything was superb. The service was excellent. And the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here many many times; that being said, tonight I placed a to go order for the burrata appetizer and dates, I was told it would be $5 extra per additional burrata ball which seems overpriced but fair for a restaurant to charge. When I finally walked over to grab my food and pay, some man came up and told me that I was misquoted over the phone and would have to pay the full price for 3 full burrata appetizers on top of the other food that I ordered. I told him to go ahead and cancel the entire order. I have never been charged full price to add some extra cheese to their burrata appetizer plate. Trying to charge $70 for 3 little balls of burrata that you can get from Trader Joe’s for $5 total plus my dates cost on top!! Will absolutely never be returning and will never bring or recommend friends or any of my Airbnb guests to go here. Sad state of affairs for a local restaurant to not follow their typical protocol nor honor the price they told me over the phone which was the correct price I’ve been charged in the past. Bad business decision.
