I keep coming back here I love supporting local small business and it’s right by my house but dang, have had more misses than hits. This time it’s a slimey, bone filled, hatchet job of a sockeye salmon filet. I’m sure I’ll be back in a pinch but siiiiigh

Best tri tips Ive ever had!
Best place for kolbi ribs, no place we’ve tried has a better marinate or product! Also love their Tri Tip, smoked salmon(candy), country bacon, etc. Friendly butchers, employees with lots of tips and humor!
Fabulous place. The staff are always amazing. Parking is always easy, there’s a little lot right out front. Never too crowded, even on weekends. In addition to a wide variety of meat, they also have cheeses, crackers, sauces, drinks, wine, rubs, etc. They even have sauerkraut, potato salad, some breads, so basically everything you’d need to entertain besides the veggies. The prices are really reasonable. They have smoked chicken on Sundays which is really good. I was a vegetarian for 25 years and I do NOT enjoy eating meat, but I’m trying to add it back into my diet. The stuff here is so high quality that I’ll eat it. You’ll never buy grocery store meat again after trying their stuff. 10/10
The place we go for meat groceries on the regular. Amazing quality, great service, usually $100 or under for a good haul.

Great team and deals on proteins
Please change the tri tip recipe back. There is too much soy sauce in it now. I still give you 5 stars but the tri tip was better before the recent change.
