Their cupcakes are the best I've ever tried!!!! Fresh and delicious. I don't like vanilla but here I specifically look forward to their vanilla cupcakes.

This is the 2nd year in a row I have used Ballons & Cupcakes. They are so prompt. Delivered my husbands bday cupcakes to his work at the exact time they said they would. And most important the cupcakes are amazing!! I get a carrot cake with nuts and cream cheese frosting and a mix of chocolate and vanilla for the rest of his staff. They disappear so fast. Support local business and use these guys. Never disappoints.

Very satisfied considering my daughter received the cupcakes and balloons with surprise and excitement. Im in Singapore and my daughter in Seattle. They went all the way to send me pics of the order while driving to deliver. They called me after delivering and took the initiative to tell me my daughter's reaction when she received the balloons and cupcakes - she was taken by surprise and happy. Her text messages and phone call to me verify this. As a mother who is not able to share the occasion with her daughter, I appreciate their gesture of not just making sure its delivered but how its received.
