I went to Berta’s Salvadorian Kitchen for breakfast and ordered a traditional Salvadorian breakfast, and honestly, the food was delicious. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. The refried beans were really good, the eggs were cooked just right, and the tortillas were warm and fresh. It was a very comforting and satisfying meal.
The service was okay, but it didn’t really stand out. I feel like it could use a little improvement in terms of customer service and attentiveness. Nothing terrible, just not especially memorable.
That being said, the food more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for authentic Salvadorian breakfast with great flavor, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’m giving it five stars because the food was excellent and I’d gladly come back for that alone.

Came to WA for work and stopped here for dinner. I got food poisoning from the Horchata. My sister and I had the same thing (pupusas and empanadas), but she did not have the Horchata, so I am assuming this is what got me sick.
The pupusas are made with Maseca, not fresh corn masa; thus they taste different. The empanadas were pretty bad. They were most likely frozen and fried upon request. The leche in the empanadas tasted like they had been made for some time. Not very fresh food. I can tell they used a lot of processed things.
Each pupusa was $5. Coming from Los Angeles, this seems really expensive, but I guess the labor cost in WA is higher.

The waiter was very sweet and friendly, the salvadorian horchata was not so flavorful as I was hoping but the Popusas were very good 😊

Best pupusas I’ve ever had! Absolutely everything I ordered was delicious and the portions were sizable — enough for two meals. I did takeout and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I hadn’t called ahead but they were still able to have my order out to me in less than 15 minutes. Pleasant space to wait in — will definitely be back to dine in.

They have good seasoning, the decoration is somewhat damaged by time, it could look more renovated by replacing the paintings,

Great food. Nice people. Good service.
Ordered some food for our office. Highly recommend the Plato Cuscatleco. They have a variety of pupusas and tamales to choose from. They were able to accommodate to our vegetarian staff offering replacement options. We all loved it!

Ricky was great !! ☺️ Our first time here and the food was served quickly !! Thank you very friendly and big spacious restaurant. Yummy drinks!! Love mix fruits drink has pineapple apple cashew passion fruits and the horchata was different here ! Chicken asado was great, the steak was ok, but the chicken papusa was amazing
The fish is some thing I always order in every restaurant of the kind I go to, and I always love it here it tasted so fishy. It wasn’t edible. I also got the plantain and that was overripe, and the oil has been used and used until it’s blackened. Rice was bland. Only the drinks were ok.The tortillas were two cm thick and raw in the middle. And all that while having naked butts on the TV Twerking next to toddlers and babies and families. Absolutely ridiculous like class quality and even the pricing was outrageous. Hard pass

Felt pretty 'authentic' all the way around. Great food, friendly service, sports TV and a dog under the table!
