Tea is average which isn’t 1 star on its own, but they haven’t gotten my order right the last 3 times I’ve been there Never going back again.

I am very disappointed with them. I usually order the boba teas with asking very kindly please light ice. I end up with more ice. I told them why can’t I get light ice they said it is light ice but half the cup is ice. They remade it but were very unpleasant. I told them maybe I should go elsewhere and the guy said maybe you should.

So sad they have disrespectful teenagers working here. My brother came here tonight to order a drink for me. I wanted a slushy drink but they told my brother the machine was broken so while my brother was waiting for me to reply back to his text he saw other people ordered slushy drinks and getting it…so how does that make sense? And when he questioned them they started laughing at him… yeah definitely avoid this location.

is there a reason the employees are closing the store earlier then the open timings? we came in before closing after a trip and got there before closing and they locked the door and wouldn't let us in when we asked. I try not to come in too close to closing because I understand it's a hassle for the employees but I was there about 10-15 minutes before closing and wasn't let it. next time change your store hours if you're planning on sitting there with the doors locked earlier then closing.

Got the summer sass and asked for 50% sweetness and it was so so sweet and asked for it to be remade without sugar and it was still somehow too sweet. Cute and clean place with friendly workers!

Called bobalust but has no popping boba?Also the “smoothies” are sad chocolate milkshakes? Makes no sense. Disappointed.

This is the best Boba in the country! Highly recommend the Jasmin Milk Tea with Boba AND Lychee Jelly. Drinks are great and the staff is incredibly nice.

I got the purple galaxy and it tasted like a chocolate smoothie. With all that chocolate syrup, the drink was much too sweet. The boba was average and restrooms were for employees only. The drink came at fast though.
