Ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba and grass jelly today. The drink itself was watery, the boba too sweet, and the grass jelly was not strong enough. The staff worker seemed not very patient when customers took time to look at the menu and to order.

Tea is average which isn’t 1 star on its own, but they haven’t gotten my order right the last 3 times I’ve been there Never going back again.

I am very disappointed with them. I usually order the boba teas with asking very kindly please light ice. I end up with more ice. I told them why can’t I get light ice they said it is light ice but half the cup is ice. They remade it but were very unpleasant. I told them maybe I should go elsewhere and the guy said maybe you should.

So sad they have disrespectful teenagers working here. My brother came here tonight to order a drink for me. I wanted a slushy drink but they told my brother the machine was broken so while my brother was waiting for me to reply back to his text he saw other people ordered slushy drinks and getting it…so how does that make sense? And when he questioned them they started laughing at him… yeah definitely avoid this location.
