Great burger fries and great location. Bike friendly with clean bathroom. Good seating
Delicious burgers at a fair price, adorable seating. Totally hits the spot. We love this place.
Nice little smash burger with tasty fries. The burger is good, wish it was a tad bigger - but you can order an extra patty if you'd like. The fries are what I remember McDonald's fries used to be back in the day - thin, crispy, with an enjoyable taste. The Montlake location is two permanent food trucks with outdoor tables (some covered, some not). You order at one truck, and pickup your food at the other. A cool vibe for summer nights. Plenty of free street parking. Be prepared to wait for a few minutes, it's definitely cooked to order. You receive a buzzer that will light up and vibrate when your food is ready.
They have their ambience in check, that's for sure. Awesome blueprint set up and I love the fire pits, which is a nice addition on a cold night. Burb's is typically quite busy, and my co-workers said a lot of good things about them so I gave em a try. I ordered a hot dog burger, mozzarella sticks, a salad and a strawberry shake. The burger was good. Sticks tasted odd and I didn't really end up wanting them. Salad was tiny, and stuffed in a cup. For a $7 salad that was supposed to be my dinner I was kinda angry at it. I also don't understand how they think we're supposed to eat a salad out of a cup without it spilling out everywhere. The shake was a shake, I wasn't looking to be impressed by it. The guy taking orders at the counter also put "Jese" as my name. I thought it was funny but other people felt differently. I would go again for a burger, but that's it. Their portions are REALLY small for the prices and taste is bland.
Straight Fire. Very tasty burgers and chicken at super reasonable prices. Highly recommend. We went on a Friday and it was popping. Super busy, so a little bit of a wait. That's all good though, those two guys slinging burgers out of the truck we're working hard. Will definitely be coming back.
You get pice of bacon in every bite do to the fact that they crumpled the bacon in the burger. Very clean and welcoming outside seating area.
The burgers are so good. Fresh ingredients and great service. Get the burger for sure but try some chicken. Too.
Double burger was excellent. Spicy fried chicken sandwich was what all the fast food chicken sandwiches are aspiring to be. Bonus: nobody getting into fights just to get it. The fries are like old school McDonald's . Love the bench seating and lights. Sad that they have no Diet Coke but will absolutely stop by again.
Pretty perfect burger spot. Great burgers are hard to come by in Seattle, especially at a good price, but Burb's Burgers delivers. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, the double deluxe and a fries. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the chicken sandwich was simple and tasty, and the fries were mcdonalds-esque in the best way possible. I will be back.
This place is pretty good. The Burb's special is the same price as a Dick's Deluxe but at Dick's you get two patties. Prefer the flavor at Dick's. However the French fries are far superior at Burb's. They are actually hot, crispy and properly salted. Dick's uses fresh cut potatoes but sadly they are always soggy and almost inedible in my experience. I'll probably give this place another chance but next time I think I'll get something besides a burger. The chicken sandwich looks really good as does the clam chowder and the hotdog sandwich.

I came to Burb's Burgers in a rush on evening. I hoped that the not-too-busy food truck would get me some tasty food quickly and I could get back on the road. They have two trucks, one for ordering and drinks, and the other for cooking the food. The guy in the ordering truck (it's actually a trailer) was not great. I asked about the size of the burgers and how many people normally order, and he didn't have and real answers. I asked because they are very inexpensive. Anyway, I got the idea that the sandwiches are on the small side, so I got a burger and a spicy chicken along with some fries. And a Mexican Coke. I had to wait longer than I expected--maybe ten minutes, and when I got my order I learned that the unhelpful counter guy was supposed to have given me my drink. No big deal. The burger and chicken sandwich were pretty good. A little dry in both cases, and really not enough meat for the bun, but tasty. The fries were fine. It's a pretty good value. It would be nice if the service were a little more professional and engaged, and I will order a double burger next time to better fill out the bun, but it's tastier than many of the other burger options nearby, especially for the price.
Can't go wrong with keeping it simple with great prices! Recommend either the fried chicken sando or a Burb's double classic.
Probably the best burger in Seattle. Fast-food smashburger style patties, with just the essential toppings--fresh shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, special sauce, gooey American cheese, on a soft pillowy sesame seeded bun. The fries were nice and crispy even after a 15 minute car ride and the portion was easily enough for two (though I solo'd it and promptly fell asleep). Fried chicken sandwich is great too, but ultimately it's the burgers I'll be back for. The price point would be great for any city, but Seattle? You really can't beat it.
This place is everything we needed in Montlake!! Want a tasty, homemade fast cheap burger? This is your spot. The outdoor ambiance is great, the staff is friendly, the food is scrumptious (chicken sando is my fave!) and - dogs are welcome.
Burbs is my fav burger place in Seattle -- it's delicious, juicy and a touch nostalgic (it's like McDonalds but 1000x better). I've had the classic double, their chicken sandwich, the nuggets and their fries. My favorite is hands down the delicious smash burger between gooey cheese and a perfect meat crust. The fries were crisp, well seasoned & fresh-- literally tasted like a McDonalds fry. The chicken sandwich is very good; they have a spicy and regular version, if you love a good kick get the spicy. Nuggets impressed me too (as does everything here) and they had a homemade honey mustard I could dip that chicken forever for. Not to mention, the staff is always so nice and chill! Burbs is one of my favorite places, please go support them -- otherwise I guess I will just "have to go 3x a week"
