Having someone work by themselves when it’s summer and people are out here ordering 6 to 15 drinks is ridiculous!! Barista deserve help and consideration!

They have a great selection of types of drinks and a wide variety flavors to choose from. I lobe that they not only have pumpkin spice syrup year round but they have an amazing pumpkin spice cream. So good. The barista was super friendly and helpful.

The orange cream yetisicle is awesome. When I went they added some kind of freshly made orange whip cream and offered to add it on top and that really set the drink off. I always appreciate kind interactions at coffee stops, it makes the product better every time

I've been here twice now, both awful. First it took nearly 35 minutes to get through a 5 car line, when I finally got to the window, the person was rude which is fine for me honestly I just want to get my drink and get out, but then they gave me a drink that was half made and had chunks of black stuff at the bottom which it shouldn't have had cause it was a redbull Italian soda blended with soft serve base. Black chunks, hardly blended and if there was ice cream base in there it wasn't noticeable. If I could give less than 1 star I would this was ridiculous.

One of the employees blended a straw in my smoothie. There were bits of plastic in the entire drink. Till this day I haven’t gone to a Big Foot Java knowing that I ingested so much plastic.

I'm so disappointed. I love this company. Stopped at this location about an hour ago and I saw one of the baristas OPEN SYRUPS WITH HER MOUTH!!!! I was shocked! The other barista looked stunned too. I actually ended up leaving before getting anything after this cuz I saw the stunned barista leave and I did not feel comfortable letting this other person make my drink after USING HER MOUTH to OPEN a syrup. The music was also really loud and had a lot of graphic language.. Which is fine except at a place of business!! I will be avoiding this stand on late nights cuz that was wild.
UPDATE I've since been back and it seems like things were taken care of.
Not really any flavoring just more of a Red Bull taste it’s a hard drink for me to swallow the whip was even tasteless won’t be taking my man back here considering he loves whip on his redbull

I love that everytime I go there is a lady that works the wee hours and she greets my dog and asks if she can have a pup cup and my dog stares at her through the window and gets so excited everytime we go cause she asks if she can have a pup cup. She has outstanding service as well as asks about your day and very polite. Thank you for your outstanding service and for being open when we come through. Also if your looking for something dairy free I get a hazelnut white chocolate mocha with oat milk it is very tasty hot or cold
