To be honest, went through drive through and the lightskin woman who had clear glasses threw me off by having a whole attitude with me, cutting me off aggressively while i was speaking to her, while making drinks girl threw the redbull cans hella aggressively with the juices kinda spillin everywhere. Honestly please fix that, kinda got upset seeing this attitude.

This location is not good. I asked them what was in one of their drinks, ordered it, and then it came with completely different stuff that I was allergic too--not the drink they described. They wouldn't take it back, and kept saying they can't accept things back through the window and didn't even have an available trash for the poison they handed me. They were rude and unprofessional. Didn't even apologize for the mistake or the fact that I was stuck with it in my car. Never going back.

I’ve been to this location 3 times the past two weeks since relocating over to burien and Ive had hopes for better drinks each time but I’ve been disappointed. The first time I went to this location I got a blended drink the girl taking my order was nice everything was good but my drink tasted off. The second time the lady was rude and my drink was half blended and the color was off. This last time I went my coffee again tasted off and the lady was rude. For those of you who care about the quality and customer care don’t come here, and if the owners see this please keep up with your employees they represent you.

Long time Bigfoot Java customer and today 1/10 around 9pm stopped by Bigfoot Java for a late night coffee run and since moving to West Seattle we don’t mind making the trip since it’s one of our favorite drive thru coffee shops but today it was VERY disappointing.
When we got to the drive thru window we were not greeted or asked what our order was, customer service was non existent the entire time we were there. Ordered a total of two drinks, a 20 oz blended Bigfoot Extreme Chocolate and a 16 oz Iced Mythical Mocha with oatmilk. The barista had confirmed and repeated the order for the iced mythical mocha because I requested oat milk with it.
After receiving our drinks I did not try my drink until I had arrived home and had realized my drink was made incorrectly. Please see attached photos, the drink tasted like the Bigfoot extreme chocolate but an iced version. Very disappointed because the order had been repeated to confirm and yet still received the wrong drink.
I’ve always had a really great experience at this Bigfoot Java location anytime of the day but today in particular was terrible and rethinking if we would ever want to go back

Arrived at 2:15am for a Black coffee with 1 sugar and the the girl was very snotty and rude and claimed the WI-FI is out and she couldn’t make change. She said my 16oz black coffee was $7 dollars which is a joke! And I only had a $20 and she couldn’t make change. So I left without a coffee, I will never spend my money at a business like that!

I’m very sad with our visit today. Line was backed up a bit, no worries! So the girl came out and took our order to get us through quicker. She was so sweet and I was so sad to see the disrespect she was given by her coworker. Not even done in private (not that it should be done at all!), was done at the window with it open for all of us to hear. We were extremely uncomfortable and upset for the girl who had to take that disrespectful from a coworker when she was only trying to help. Her coworker apparently didn’t understand the device she was using to walk ahead and take orders and yelled at her to STOP working her line.. then she forgot the whip on our drink and rudely grabbed it back dropping the straw which is no problem but don’t take your irritation out on us. I’m sorry you had a bad day but there’s others around you.

Gals that work at this location always helpful when you are not sure of what drink to get. The best one is White Chocolate Mocha..you can order without coffee, its the best drink
I wait in line for 30 mins and all for nothing is ridiculous how they don’t give change and they don’t take coins the total was 29.02 I was giving the exact amount and they didn’t want take it. Like why would I want to get a gift card with 98cents. They should just put a sign saying cards only no cash. I end up leaving with nothing I felt sorry for my pregnant friend who’s was craving coffee from here.
Terribly slow service. Every single time. Waited from 9:18 to 9:49 pm to START my order. Thats over a half hour and only one car was in front of me.
