This used to be my go to place always but with the whole bunch of new hires recently ive been disrespected, getting windows slammed in my fac , orders done wrong and just more workers being rude. It takes longer to get drinks waiting in line for long time. I got 4 drinks and not one tasted right. Most of them drinks off the original menu with no modifications and nasty tasting cold foam. im not sure whats going on but they need some quality control ASAP. There was a mexican barista with black hair she was very rude, pure attitude. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and disrespected. My sister cant have dairy ordered substitute milk but she gave her dairy and she couldnt even drink her drink do better bigfoot java!

i got stuck on Vashon island so i took about a hour to pick up my drink and when i get there the girl was rude to me and said “the one that’s been sitting here for hours” not sure why that was even an inconvenience for them, i never asked them to remake it or anything and i was nothing but nice. I come here every once in awhile but now im not sure i’ll feel welcomed. quickest way to ruin someone’s day

Why bother going to the burned-bean mermaid princess… place. I mean, really? I’ve always enjoyed the folks here because they tell good stories, make amazing coffee, and my massive 140lb+ puppy cries like he’s dying unless he gets to go say hi and get his pup cup. A lot of people might look at him and get scared, not these folks though, and he loves it.

Recently discovered this place and have been trying not to spend so much money here 😂 I love the rainy day but wanted to try something new- shout out to Andrea who surprised me with an awesome redbull pomegranate blueberry strawberry deliciousness 🙏🏻they also give my dog a pup cup with doggie biscuit, so nice!

Ordered an iced americano - it was grainy, tart and soapy. I looked at the cup and there are coffee grounds in the bottom. Gross The morning crew is great. This was purchased in the evening.

They have a great selection of types of drinks and a wide variety flavors to choose from. I lobe that they not only have pumpkin spice syrup year round but they have an amazing pumpkin spice cream. So good. The barista was super friendly and helpful.

The orange cream yetisicle is awesome. When I went they added some kind of freshly made orange whip cream and offered to add it on top and that really set the drink off. I always appreciate kind interactions at coffee stops, it makes the product better every time
