Carnitas Mr. Porky Taqueria

I’ve visited this place many times and have consistently spent around $100 per visit. Unfortunately, the customer service has been disappointing. The staff often come across as unwelcoming and disrespectful, especially at the front counter. I believe the cashier’s name is Isabella, she was particularly rude during my most recent visit. After I paid for my order, they got it wrong, and when I asked for it to be corrected, I was told they couldn’t fix or refund it. That’s unacceptable if a mistake is made, it should be corrected. When I raised my concern, Isabella, who claimed to be the manager, responded with inappropriate language and ended up asking me to leave, despite the fact that I had just spent over $100. As a business owner myself, I was shocked by how poorly customers can be treated here. Sadly, it seems some people still run their businesses this way. I recommend being cautious with your money. There are plenty of amazing food trucks out there where the staff treat you with kindness and respect and they truly care about their customers Overall their costumer service deserves zero star.

YOU SHOULDNT MAKE A SCHEDULE AND NOT STICK TO WHAT YOU PUT ONLINE !!! THERES NO REASON WHY EVERYDAY OF ANY WEEK YOU GUYS CLOSE MORE THEN TEN MINUTES EARLY!!!

I love quesatacos…delicious ?

I am disappointed in this restaurant today I went to buy a tray of mixed carnitas because I had previously bought it and everything was fine, but today that I ordered it again, nothing to do with it, I asked for extra carnitas and they gave me much less than the regular tray, I also asked for half a dozen extra tortillas and when I got home they didn't put them either, ? so I call them to complain and no one answers, it's definitely not fair. I paid for extra carnitas and extra tortillas of course they charged me but no They definitely put them on me. I will not return to this place nor will I recommend it!

Me and my family love coming here for all meals of the day! Porkys serves high quality food, that feels so healthy! No matter how much agua frescas are made theres never enough, to good! When ordering your food there will never be a dull conversation, always friendly and making the best of your dine! We will all love to see this place for a LONG time!

Dietary restrictions: Even if all the food seems like to much, theres always light options, aguafrescas are refreshing and amazing fruits. so many veggies options in all your meals. and always leave you full!

This is a great place if you have a craving for authentic Mexican food. The only negative is that the menus are only in Spanish, and the majority of the staff are Spanish speaking. Please fix this so that your patronage can grow.
