Fantastic guac, and burrito ❤️ also had some vegan tacos. Was a great little spot not far from Seattle center.

This place is legit delicious… I live in Seattle and found myself at this place while randomly in Burien one day. Not to sound like a Seattle snob but I didn’t have high expectations… boy was I wrong. The quality of the food was remarkable. I don’t know what they’re doing, but I feel like this place could go toe-to-toe with any snooty Seattle
Mexican restaurant, any day.
Their chips are remarkable.

Horrible hostess and insanely bad service, they have outdoor seating out in the open and still could not sit and eat there because I had my small emotional support dog. They said it was technically not really outside since they have a cover on the sides to protect against the wind. Sounds like they don’t need paying customers to patronize their establishment.

Bomb Ass Fresh & Flavorful Food w/ a great selection of adult and kid drink options. Family of (4) w/ one picky eater left full & satisfied. Pricy for Mexican food but worth the money. Definitely recommend.

After a long day navigating the twists and turns of DMV errands, my wife and I stumbled upon this gem just beside the vehicle registration building. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and seated right away. The food was nothing short of amazing—each dish bursting with flavor! But the true highlight? Those housemade churros! They were the perfect sweet ending to our hectic day. It felt like the ideal way to unwind and celebrate surviving our busy schedule!

Best brussel sprouts I've ever had. Cocktails were great, the seating inside can be a touch crowded when it's busy, but the food and service was fantastic.

Honestly the best Mexican food I can remember eating. Fresh, vegetable-forward, homemade, authentic & creative. Tons of options to customize to your exact tastes/ dietary needs.

Just had a great meal here at Centro in Burien! We are local residents and have driven and walked past many times and finally got a chance to try the food tonight. Everything we ordered was excellent and our waitstaff were kind and friendly. The homemade chips and Guac and queso were delicious, as was the barba' dilla, and the brussells sprouts(!!!) NOTE: this is not traditional Mexican cuisine, but that's not really what they are going for here. Think mid-level hipster food vibes with some creative takes on mexican dishes and some very tasty vegetarian options that wont break the bank. -This is also a spot you could bring your parents to that are scared of food being 'Too spicy!' and your kids that don't want to get too adventurous (our daughter had the mac and cheese and broccoli and loved it). We'll be back for sure. Thanks, Centro!

In the past the food here has been really good this time. Not so much and the service was slow and actually not rude but definitely less than acceptable.

Amazing Mexican food: fresh, delicious, unique. Happily make the drive down from West Seattle for this place.

I have to say the flavors are more catered towards the general population and not really authentic mexican flavors. We ordered the centro bowl, the barbadillas, the dip flight and the papas. The barbadillas were okay, the meat had an interesting flavor. Not my favorite. My favorite item was the papas. They were delicious. My spouse's favorite item was the blood orange lemonade. Food came out very quickly even with a lot of people coming in and out. That being said, it is a nice little spot.
