Had the nachos and the Brussel sprouts. Both vegan and both delicious! Nice beer to enjoy a good meal with as well.

Just had a great meal here at Centro in Burien! We are local residents and have driven and walked past many times and finally got a chance to try the food tonight. Everything we ordered was excellent and our waitstaff were kind and friendly. The homemade chips and Guac and queso were delicious, as was the barba' dilla, and the brussells sprouts(!!!) NOTE: this is not traditional Mexican cuisine, but that's not really what they are going for here. Think mid-level hipster food vibes with some creative takes on mexican dishes and some very tasty vegetarian options that wont break the bank. -This is also a spot you could bring your parents to that are scared of food being 'Too spicy!' and your kids that don't want to get too adventurous (our daughter had the mac and cheese and broccoli and loved it). We'll be back for sure. Thanks, Centro!

In the past the food here has been really good this time. Not so much and the service was slow and actually not rude but definitely less than acceptable.

Amazing Mexican food: fresh, delicious, unique. Happily make the drive down from West Seattle for this place.

I have to say the flavors are more catered towards the general population and not really authentic mexican flavors. We ordered the centro bowl, the barbadillas, the dip flight and the papas. The barbadillas were okay, the meat had an interesting flavor. Not my favorite. My favorite item was the papas. They were delicious. My spouse's favorite item was the blood orange lemonade. Food came out very quickly even with a lot of people coming in and out. That being said, it is a nice little spot.

Great place but did come in at 4ish not busy at all called someone for a togo order and the lady seemed bothered I was there ordering as if she had other things to tend to. Food is great but customer service is truly key to a great experience which took away from it.

We really enjoyed the food here and were very happy with how family friendly it was. We’ll definitely be coming back! Everything we tried was delicious, and the nachos were particularly great. The thick house made chips ensured they held up really well and didn’t get soggy, and had some very tasty toppings. The cocktails and margaritas we tried were great too- although could have used more mixing before being delivered to our table. My only annoyance was that all the food arrived around the same time, despite saying we’d like to start with X and Y. Relatively minor in an overall great dining experience.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and a kids section on the menu.

Here’s another gem found on the “restaurant row” Olde Burien Main street.
Burien, WA.
Centro is a delightful place with wonderful Mexican food; to make it even better the
service is wonderful. Very friendly staff.
Food is as good or better than our favorite places in AZ or CA.
Try the brussel sprouts. I tried the habanero enchiladas carnitas – tasty with a
Mexican coke for me though there’s a nice selection of cervezas (even Victoria). Mexican wine, too.
Prices are very reasonable.
Parking could be challenging as this area is popular. Not to worry there is a free lot about a block away.
We shall return. This area of Burien is very interesting and deserves exploration for new places.
I highly recommend Centro!

Parking: Depending on the time of day and of the week, parking close to Centro can be challenging. There is a parking lot a block or so way.... free of course.

We attended a wedding this past summer which was catered by Centro and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. When we found ourselves in Burien we knew we had to stop in for dinner. Just as delicious as we remembered. We will make the trek again.

Have always wanted to try this place out since discovering it in Burien, so my wife got take out for us on a Saturday night. She ordered the Cauliflower Nachos with added lime cilantro chicken, and I got 3 tacos (lime cilantro chicken, Asada, and Fish). All 3 tacos were AMAZING, and the Cauliflower Nachos were very flavorful, some of the best cauliflower we've ever tasted. Next visit, we're definitely sitting in and checking out the vibes inside the restaurant!

The sweet potato + cauliflower burrito is 10/10, but I thiiiiiiiink they gave me a dairy-based sauce on the side, even tho I specified vegan + made the appropriate subs on my online order. Never hurts to double-check. The green beans had hella good flavor too. I'll hit this place again, yeah.
