Wonderful food and service! We wish we lived in town to become regulars! Amy’s service was perfect and each of our four meals was excellent. My salmon pasta was extremely perfectly cooked, hubbys lasagna was great. Our friends reported delicious meals as well. Great bottle of Chianti. Hope they do well!
This place has so much potential. Staff is friendly, food is tasty, the ambience is casual. This visit was not as enjoyable as our last. The food prep and presentation wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I expected based on our last visit. Will probably try one more time to see if things improve. Currently a 3 star experience with a 4 star price tag. BTW. They are located in Normandy Park, NOT Burien. Not sure how to have Trip Advisor update their location info.
Although the service was excellent and the atmosphere good, the food was just average and somewhat a disappointment. The Caprese Ensalada featured tomatoes lacking freshness or flavor, the main dish of Salmon was drowning in the wine and butter sauce and my husband’s shrimp was also over-sauced with a spicy tomato sauce. Both dishes came with complimentary penne pasta that had yet another non-complimentary sauce with competing flavors.
