They locked the door and make you order through the drive thru. Why is the door locked? Very inconvenient.

The worker made me feel like I was going to still a cake. It made me fill like I didn't want to buy the cake from them but I did next time basket

I stopped by for Ice cream and fries. I paid and asked for a side of ranch, the person who assisted almost felt pleasure to tell me “but I have to charge you”. I said, for one side? Yes! The associate felt pleasure to this ( I am assuming new policy). I don’t think is worth it to lose a customer over a side of ranch. Next time I will just go to Jack in the box or Burger King. They charge for more than one, which is reasonable. It’s not about the $, it’s just not right.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The team members are kind, eager to help and seem genuinely happy to be working here. The owners are very professional and clearly invested in the community they serve. I definitely recommend this DQ if you're looking for a sweet treat, or a quick and tasty meal.

Was charged $54.55 on Door Dash. The cake arrived at has a price label of $43.99. Shady business practices…

everything I go there, it's fine, no rudeness. but every time I get Melissa to take my order, she is nothing but rude and makes it obvious she isn't happy at her place of work. she should probably go elsewhere or find some peace and happiness in her life. or go see a therapist. sorry, but she really ruins my day with her attitude. Today I went there and she took my order, but didn't give me my receipt, and there was already a lady waiting for her food before my order was taken...so She put an order on the counter, I look at the lady already waiting, we looked in the bag, it wasn't hers... but since she didn't give me my receipt, i didn't know what number I was and she got really irritated when i asked what my number was because she didn't give me my receipt, and throws my receipt at me, And walks away, Not even telling me what order was placed on the couter. I didn't want to grab someone else's food??.... but I hope to never get her to take my order again!
