GREAT across the board! Mmmmmm! And I love this pumpkin one with cheesecake peices (-crust) with the yummy whipped cream 😋😋🖤🖤. Such great service at the counter too, the kid was funny and sweet!

Ordered shakes cheese curds number 2 double stackers the onion rings and white cheese burgers and all were good
Service was always friendly and quick
Bathrooms and restaurant and dining area appears quite clean

My husband bought an ice cream cake and was told that the ice cream cake was vanilla. He made sure to confirm with the worker it was vanilla because he knows I don’t like any other flavor. When we got home and cut the cake, it was a chocolate ice cream cake with white frosting. I called the location and told them my situation. The worker told me that they could not do anything about it, was very rude, did not care to fix the issue or even hear me out and told me that the store manager was not in the store so I couldn’t speak to anyone else. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I was very calm and nice about the situation but the worker really was so rude and did not care to help at all. Really ruined my birthday.

Nothing bad to say. Went to drive thru ordered cheesecake with chocolate and some berry blizzard ans some drink. In the window, staff turned blizzrd upside down just like they advertised, nothing spilled. Satisfied with product bought. Service was fast and friendly as it should going to the drive through. Rated 4 for now. will do 5 if there was something spectacular and extraordinary that wowed me in their service that day i visited.

Just bought two small Royal blizzards and they melts like water in 3 mins after. Cause we bought it from drive through, after we left the surface already watery, very sad

The Superman blizzard is amazing!! 100% will get again! Staff are really nice here and food came out fast. This location is nice and clean with plenty of seating. Will be back!

Standard DQ, nothing special about it. They get my orders right, and the drive through rarely has a long line. Staff have always been fine. I do think in general that DQ prices are higher than they should be. But, if you are craving ice cream, this is a reliable go to.
