Emerald City Smoothie

They don't have oat milk at this location. I asked the cashier why, but he didn't know. He also said that they never have oat milk at this location.

My cashier was Angelina and she was so amazing she made me feel very welcome and the smoothie she made for me was the best smoothie I’ve ever tasted Emerald gained a new customer today!

I have been going since the day that they opened. Dan hires some great employees and this is a great place to stop and get some heathy smoothies or suppliments.

For a few weeks it was hit or miss with how my drink would taste but today it was perfect! I can't stop sipping on it hahaha. I always order extra protein and sometimes they don't add it and you can definitely taste the difference when they do versus when they don't but sometimes I'm too shy to speak up..

They make me wait 20 minutes for the order

Been a long time customer (few years) because of close proximity to my gym. took a long break but wanted to get back on my post-workout drink. last week went great but today was probably the worst experience (and reminder of why i stopped) i had. I was the only one in at the time, placed my order, and saw 5 orders after me fulfilled before mines..so after 20 mins of waiting, i inquired as to where my drink is. they all seem baffled and unsure. As an apology, they made me a 32oz vs 24oz drink i paid for. Still, no explanation as to how my order got overlooked. on top of that, this 32oz drink taste like a 24oz with extra ice/water. The strong peanut butter taste and sweetness of the banana is just not there.

I've tossed my rewards card away and wont be coming back. If i ever need a quick post workout drink, ill just swing by the grocery store and grab one off the shelf.

It was my first time at this place and I never thought they had such terrible customer service, it made my time so difficult! Since I was in line I saw that the cashier Angelina, I can see it on my receipt, she looked at me in a way as if she didn't want to serve me, since I arrived so she could serve me, I simply wanted a simple drink, which had 3 ingredients and I only wanted 2 and that was my mistake, when you go to a place for the first time it is to get better service and leave satisfied so you come back! And my time with Angelina was terrible! Everything I asked seemed silly! I even asked her if she was okay because she answered me in a very rude way! She made me feel stupid, that my money was worthless and discriminated against! I will definitely not return to this place!

Tropical paradise was so good.

Very rude one particular female Employee always Rude and uninviting you just don’t feel welcome. Other employees seem to be great and very respectful.

I came an hour before closing. The staff told me they decided to close early and would not sell me what I specially came there to buy. So I will get it from Amazon and steer everyone who listens away from this crap business. It's places like this that are responsible for the death of small business.

I came to this place Saturday morning, they hours shows that they open at 9am, I wait about 20 min, and nobody show up, another 6 people was waiting for this place to open. Wish they update they hours so I don’t waist my time coming if it’s going to be closed. Very disappointed.

Good smoothie. But, they’re stupid expensive. For example, we got 3 smoothies. We paid $27. Of course, they want you to tip too. They’re charging cocktail prices for drinks with no alcohol!

The attitude and the behavior of the employees is getting worse by the day! I come regularly but other location are always nicer when it comes to customer service. For some reason the girls here have more attitude for no reason.
