The staffs won't even take my orders, waited there 15-20minute just to head back to my car empty-handed. Why prioritized only drive through orders these days with fastfoods.

Got $65 worth of stuff. For my family half, the order was messed up and all the fries were missing, asked for a refund manager in person did not know how to do refund? they gave me a receipt, said it'd be back in my account in 1 and 3 days, it's now been 6 days. No refund this place needs to be shutdown.

Employees ignored me, completely. I was trying to ask a question about ordering and they just pointed at the kiosk and repeatedly walked by. I just ordered and hoped for the best. Then later, they did the same when I ordered condoms and had to wait. Once the drive thru girl noticed, she assisted. I blame dependacy on kiosk for lack of attention to customers by staff. Secondly, every single table inside the place was dirty. I had to wipe my table down myself to use, it's disgusting. Literally every table has crumbs or sticky stuff on surface. It's 9:30am, and was only 1 customer here. No excuse for the fifth at all. I'll never come here again. If the inside is this nasty, imagine the cooking and food prep area? Gross!!

I was order food online and go to picking up. I went inside because the door was open and I asked to him/her picking my food. He/she disrespect to me and said go out here. I said why? She/he said only in the windows ok I understand that. Why she/he is open dinning door? And why he/she treating me like animals. It's disgusting the worst experience in my life here in seattle.

The cashiers suck, no customer service skills and I think I was speaking to a manager. Told me I couldn’t get a side of raw onions?!
Walked in and gave her my order and she pointed to a logged out register but hey I’m sure whatever was on her phone was more important then making sure things were ready for the customer. Everyone else was cool but the register women always suck, this one just happen to piss me off today. Will not be returning to this location.

The food was hot really hot which I love to death about Jack in the box. It was good and didn't have no complaints really and the people that took my order and they understood and speak good English lol. Usually that don't ever happen anymore
