I was order food online and go to picking up. I went inside because the door was open and I asked to him/her picking my food. He/she disrespect to me and said go out here. I said why? She/he said only in the windows ok I understand that. Why she/he is open dinning door? And why he/she treating me like animals. It's disgusting the worst experience in my life here in seattle.

The cashiers suck, no customer service skills and I think I was speaking to a manager. Told me I couldn’t get a side of raw onions?! Walked in and gave her my order and she pointed to a logged out register but hey I’m sure whatever was on her phone was more important then making sure things were ready for the customer. Everyone else was cool but the register women always suck, this one just happen to piss me off today. Will not be returning to this location.

Very rude woman at window not sure if you are racial bias in customer service or racial profiling .honey don’t assume you know anyone’s race. When someone says please when they order and you ask them to repeat it 2 times .I’m at window you ask me to repeat it again. You did not give me all my food first time .You walk away had me knocked on windows ! You didn’t put ranch in bag .None of your employees act like they new that they need to fully prepare a bag before sending it out. When I call to speak to manager why was I told the person who was so disrespectful was the manager if that is true you need to figure out your situation. Period.

won't let truckers delivering nearby walk up to the drive through. would be less egregious if the dining room wasn't closed half an hour before the it's scheduled to close. leaving this review out of hunger induced spite on a 13 hour shift

I walked in to the restaurant at 4pm. Theirs 3 staff working. Drive thru is busy while 2 customers before waiting for food. It's 4:15pm and no one acknowledged me at the counter waiting. So I attempt to call out, "could I just order an onion ring?". One of the staff stopped and says YES. then turned and walked away. Waited another 5 min. It's now 4:21pm. So I walked out very angry about the whole situation. But I can't let this restaurant ruin the rest of my day!!! I love jack in the box because it was my 1st job at 16yrs. Old. I have learned a lot about customer service, food quality, etc. that I use til now and continue to apply it everyday. But to not be acknowledged is a downfall for most businesses. I cannot see myself ever coming to JIB AGAIN. They failed my QFCS secret shopper test for if I did one. To the owner of this Jackbox location who replied to my review.MY HUMBLE APOLOGIES to you. This experience was not at your location but another location in the area . In fact your location may have been the store that I finally got my onion rings.

I ordered a sprite, some fries, and a burger. I asked for no mustard but guess what! They added mustard. It wasn't that big of a deal until that I saw my so called "sprite" was a coke. Only the fries were right, and they can't fail fries right?
