I walked in to the restaurant at 4pm. Theirs 3 staff working. Drive thru is busy while 2 customers before waiting for food. It's 4:15pm and no one acknowledged me at the counter waiting. So I attempt to call out, "could I just order an onion ring?". One of the staff stopped and says YES. then turned and walked away. Waited another 5 min. It's now 4:21pm. So I walked out very angry about the whole situation. But I can't let this restaurant ruin the rest of my day!!! I love jack in the box because it was my 1st job at 16yrs. Old. I have learned a lot about customer service, food quality, etc. that I use til now and continue to apply it everyday. But to not be acknowledged is a downfall for most businesses. I cannot see myself ever coming to JIB AGAIN. They failed my QFCS secret shopper test for if I did one. To the owner of this Jackbox location who replied to my review.MY HUMBLE APOLOGIES to you. This experience was not at your location but another location in the area . In fact your location may have been the store that I finally got my onion rings.

I ordered a sprite, some fries, and a burger. I asked for no mustard but guess what! They added mustard. It wasn't that big of a deal until that I saw my so called "sprite" was a coke. Only the fries were right, and they can't fail fries right?

They gave me a jack spicy with a stale patty, then when I went to replace the order, they then proceeded to instead give me back my order, but with a raw patty. The way they handled the process with replacing my order was really unprofessional.

Ordered a supreme croissant meal and an extra sandwich. Asked for no meat in the sandwiches. There is meat in both sandwiches and no hash brown. This is probably the fifth time I’ve had this happen at this jack in the box. They are supposed to make a new sandwich when one asks for no meat due to allergies and things like that but they decided to just give me old sandwiches that still have meat on them so they are deliberately not caring about our health and well-being. I’ve been to other jack in the boxes and they always make a new sandwich if I ask for no meat. So I know that it’s a possibility they are just lazy.

Pulled up and they said they didn’t have Jalepeno poppers, Tacos, or Wings lol. Y’all suck and are lazy as hell. This location is seriously an embarrassment- don’t even have your staple items available. Tf is this?
This is the only Jack in the Box that I've ever complained to corporate about.
Do not eat here for any reason. Go to the Fred Meyers across the parking lot and buy a loaf of plain bread instead. It will taste better.

Got my nephew a burger and fries evening of 6/29/24. He started throwing up after eating. Don't go to this location. They are unsanitary. Eat at your own risk. I would have gave them zero stars if I could.
