The PlayStation like they were made in month old grease in the double burger was disgusting and cold I couldn't even eat one bite what is a waste of money I'll never come here again not a single Jack in the box on the planet.

I stood at the counter, no one acknowledged me, finally a lady asked do you need something, I said I'd like to order and she pointed to a kiosk, I walked right out.

We were going to eat in. Woman at counter had it full of uniform tee-shirts and was talking to someone on here phone. Didn't greet us.when we indicated we were ready to order she ignored us. Won't be back.

We went through the drive thru for a quick bite. The lady that took our order was standing in the line to get drinks at Big Foot Java. We had to wait for her to get her drinks to come back inside to put our order in and have our food made. Very unprofessional.

If you don't speak Spanish, they will mess up your order. Sausage croissants are currently 2 for $5.50. They charged me $13.86 for 2. Told them about the sign on the building, they couldn't understand, and said no. Will never return unless someone can speak fluent English...

Asked for 3 eggrolls, on the screen it showed six and I had to ask for it to get fixed.Got charged for a large drink was given a small and when I asked the lady at the window she told me it was a large. I also asked for a sweet tea and asked to make sure it was sweet at the window and she said yes and of course it is not. I don't have issues with mistakes, we are all just human, but flat out lies are ridiculous. Avoid this location for sure.

This is not the first time this jack in the box has messed up my order, the mistake is that I keep choosing to give it another chance just to disappoint me again. I took the bus to pick up my online order, I got home and my two tacos are missing and my LARGE FRY with my LARGE meal obviously is a medium fry in a large container. Make it make sense please.

Food was over priced and just plain bad , should have went to McDonald’s , they’re paying 10 people to stand around and nobody’s here . Maybe that’s why they can’t afford good food . Wish they stirred my coffee

It's a Jack in the Box, pretty much exactly like every other Jack in the Box. The food was good, because it was the only thing open so I couldn't be picky. Downside: I'm closer to a heart attack.
