They need some serious lessons on customer service! The lady straight up lied to me about someone being in the restroom just so I couldn't use it, after ordering food in their drive thru! They're beyond rude at this location! And their food is stale and gross!! And it's got garbage everywhere outside.

When I went to this location the people they had on staff at the time they were nice and when I told them my food was not hot and fresh they made sure to make it like I wanted it. It was definitely nothing special but I had to make a run so I needed something in a hurry and it is what it provided.At that time I did feel safe enough to sit down and eat but I don't think I would dine in again during these times. I would just take and go if I were to try this Jack in the Box in the future.

Originally we ordered online for pick up, but the workers never made our order and told the driver that it was never put in. We got a refund and arrived in person to order, where the attendant was rude and never even put our order in the system. She winged it in the end and gave us the wrong meal. 0/10 you ruined my pregnant wife's meal tonight.

I came hungry to this jack in the box got the. Sourdough Jack and curly fries with a milk. My curly fries had a hint of a fishy taste and my hamburger on my sandwich was medium rare. Now I rarely eat ground meat but I was hungry and now I’m still hungry and I have heartburn and I don’t feel so good. I would take it back but I don’t know what I would end up with. I will not eat at one of these again it was just gross to bite into red meat. Yuck!!! And I’m telling any one that I know
We ordered tacos and “supposedly they where freshly made” even tho one was a little frozen from the inside and the taco shell was hot, we went back to the drive through the guy there was rude and they wouldn’t give us a refund.

Super rude at the drive though. Cut me off three times when I was just trying to order two items. When I asked if they got the second item they said no then cut me off again when I tried to order it. Then they asked me to pull around to the front of the building when I was the only date in the drive through. Very weird.
Normal drive thru they were fast and efficient so I'm good ?

Below average. There's a gal working there, Mary, and whenever she's there, my order is wrong EVERY time! A few nights ago, I went there to get dinner for my wife and I. She wanted a fish sandwich. I placed my order, and was directed to park out front and wait. After nearly 10 minutes, I received my order. When I got home, my burger was NOT in the bag! I called immediately, and got an apology, but, had no dinner that night. Also, EVERY time I order breakfast there, I NEVER get my hashbrowns! This has happened more times than I can count. RIDICULOUS!!
