Great food and great service from the workers, but management severely under staffs this store consistently. They are overrun by online orders, so even though there was no line in person, it took 30 minutes to get my Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. I watched workers making lots of sandwiches and placing them on a shelf to sit for pickup while I waited. If you are going to offer online AND in-person service management needs to staff for both to get a rush at the same time, and not let one side of service suffer so much. This was not the first time it took me a very long time to get a sandwich at this location.

ordered doordash pick up two 12-inches, white bread. had no bread just cheese and rosemary bread. started making someone elses order before mine. waited about an hour. didnt get the ordered i paid for. just sucks

I show up on a Sunday evening to grab dinner. Unfortunately, some of their staff called out sick so they could watch the game... But the folks that were on the clock meant business and they were handling the situation with grace and efficiency. They didn't panic, they just dug into their work. And when it was my turn to place my order, they were super nice and attentive, and even though they were slammed, they took the time to assemble my sandwich and made it as delicious and well-stacked as I expect from Jersey Mike's. When crap hits the fan and your people don't crumple under the pressure, that's when you know you have solid employees. My food was great, I only had to wait a little longer than expected despite the circumstances, and they were super friendly and nice even though they were having a tough time. That experience deserves a shout-out!

Came in during what I call a health crisis, super hungry, brain and body shutting down, and the team was patient, kind, and worked together to make a good meal suggestion. A worker suggested his personal favorite and gave reassurance of quality. He was right. Unable to drive, I ate my meal in shop; while there, all staff members jumped in to help the mid evening rush of customers, cleaning the lobby and greeting everyone as soon as they walked in! These days where we need good customer service and food, I was glad to get it from here! Thanks Burien Jersey Mike's!

It's not that the food was bad it was just ITIT could have been a little bit better I had a pretty good sandwich I mean it wasn't terrible it was just you know the bread was so-so cause you know I got you know rosemary parmesan but you know it there was hardly any rosemary or parmesan on it I mean on 1 side there was like it must have been like maybe 3 or 4 rosemary thingS he's on there and yeah I mean the cheese was I mean I couldn't hardly taste it so anyway what they really need is they need to have parmesan cheese to be able to put on the sandwich cause their competition does that. And you know the the young woman that helped me 1st I thought her attitude was not that great I mean I expect people to look at me in the eye you know that's not much to ask huh and maybe 1⁄2 smile I mean you don't have to like so oh hey how you doing you know you don't have to get really excited but you know I'd like you to have a tiny bit of enthusiasm you know They're very tense with the toppings you know I really like a lot of tomato and they didn't put very much on there you know the slices are not huge so anyway you know as in not thick And the last thing was which is kind of stupid because you know obviously it's really hard to mix vinegar and oil I mean I did it I sort of did a good job you have to shake the hell out of it to get get them to mix and you gotta pour it right away otherwise you know it separates right away So it's a it's a lot of work to to keep them together so it's better to have them separate. On second thought I am gonna give him 4 stars cause I didn't get a free sandwich today it's hard to really complain much when you get a free sandwich so that was a good thing and I did wanna end on a positive note they did give my my friend a chips so you know that wasn't terrible cause that's easily too bucks I'm sure. And it was a large sandwich I was stuffed for 2 hours so you know it's it's a very big meal. It's really a good thing to have before a long trip cause you definitely wouldn't have to stop for a while.😋 Happy summer There were a lot of messy tables in there but it was slammed they they must have had like 15 customers in there when not when we were in there I mean they were they were going Look like they were understaffed to me it looks like they needed 4 people

slow service, waited in the store 25 min for a sandwich with only two people in front of me, prioritized online orders before store orders and made my sandwich wrong the first time.

I walked in and all 6 people working there pretended like I didn’t even exist. Not sure why I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. I was the only customer in there and there was 6 people working behind the counter. More customers came in and left because they got tired of waiting.

This location really struggles with balancing online orders vs in person orders. They are always scrambling and understaffed. I feel bad for the employees bc I know they’re trying.
Either I order online and it’s not ready when it says it will be ready, or I go in person and wait forever just to order.
I still keep coming back bc it’s convenient and the resulting food is fine, but be prepared to wait no matter how you order.
