Came in during what I call a health crisis, super hungry, brain and body shutting down, and the team was patient, kind, and worked together to make a good meal suggestion. A worker suggested his personal favorite and gave reassurance of quality. He was right. Unable to drive, I ate my meal in shop; while there, all staff members jumped in to help the mid evening rush of customers, cleaning the lobby and greeting everyone as soon as they walked in! These days where we need good customer service and food, I was glad to get it from here! Thanks Burien Jersey Mike's!

It's not that the food was bad it was just ITIT could have been a little bit better I had a pretty good sandwich I mean it wasn't terrible it was just you know the bread was so-so cause you know I got you know rosemary parmesan but you know it there was hardly any rosemary or parmesan on it I mean on 1 side there was like it must have been like maybe 3 or 4 rosemary thingS he's on there and yeah I mean the cheese was I mean I couldn't hardly taste it so anyway what they really need is they need to have parmesan cheese to be able to put on the sandwich cause their competition does that. And you know the the young woman that helped me 1st I thought her attitude was not that great I mean I expect people to look at me in the eye you know that's not much to ask huh and maybe 1⁄2 smile I mean you don't have to like so oh hey how you doing you know you don't have to get really excited but you know I'd like you to have a tiny bit of enthusiasm you know They're very tense with the toppings you know I really like a lot of tomato and they didn't put very much on there you know the slices are not huge so anyway you know as in not thick And the last thing was which is kind of stupid because you know obviously it's really hard to mix vinegar and oil I mean I did it I sort of did a good job you have to shake the hell out of it to get get them to mix and you gotta pour it right away otherwise you know it separates right away So it's a it's a lot of work to to keep them together so it's better to have them separate. On second thought I am gonna give him 4 stars cause I didn't get a free sandwich today it's hard to really complain much when you get a free sandwich so that was a good thing and I did wanna end on a positive note they did give my my friend a chips so you know that wasn't terrible cause that's easily too bucks I'm sure. And it was a large sandwich I was stuffed for 2 hours so you know it's it's a very big meal. It's really a good thing to have before a long trip cause you definitely wouldn't have to stop for a while.😋 Happy summer There were a lot of messy tables in there but it was slammed they they must have had like 15 customers in there when not when we were in there I mean they were they were going Look like they were understaffed to me it looks like they needed 4 people

slow service, waited in the store 25 min for a sandwich with only two people in front of me, prioritized online orders before store orders and made my sandwich wrong the first time.

I walked in and all 6 people working there pretended like I didn’t even exist. Not sure why I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. I was the only customer in there and there was 6 people working behind the counter. More customers came in and left because they got tired of waiting.

This location really struggles with balancing online orders vs in person orders. They are always scrambling and understaffed. I feel bad for the employees bc I know they’re trying.
Either I order online and it’s not ready when it says it will be ready, or I go in person and wait forever just to order.
I still keep coming back bc it’s convenient and the resulting food is fine, but be prepared to wait no matter how you order.

So I actually love coming her. service is almost always great. Food is good and staff is friendly and helpful.ith that being said whenever I walk in and this particular employee is working I know it's gonna be rou gh.and not just slightly..she is rude and always has an attitude, consistently gets my sandwich wrong..to the pint that I now think it is on purpose. I always ask for the same sandwich. 43 on rosemary parm, add provolone and veggies fresh not grilled...today there were no veggies, last time it was on white, the time before that it had mushrooms. Her attitude and customer service is atrocious and it's quite obvious she doesn't want to be there.so maybe she just shouldn't be there. Tall skinny blonde white woman with gauged earings.

Pretty poor customer service, I don't recommend ordering in-store unless they retrain current staff how to acknowledge and interact with customers. There were 5 employees and none of the paid any attention after 5 minutes of us waiting to order so we just left

These guys used to make a proper sandwich but I just had the worst philly I've ever had. Got it to go and it looked like a loaf of bread when I opened it. I think they shortened the amount of meat they use. And they ask for a tip on the screen ha. I'll give you a tip, make sandwiches like your supposed too. Won't be going back.

Worse service I ever had, There was no wait I was standing there for about 10-15 mins while there were 3 workers right in front of my face. No one was taking my order nothing. Just putting reciepts on the delivery bags. They clearly prioritize putting a reciept on the pick up orders rather than the customers in the place. They weren’t even making any sandwiches for the pick up orders either. After those 10-15 mins go by a worker asked if I was checking out and so I was confused bc why am I checking out when there was literally nothing on the stations. I finally ordered and 10 mins go by, no one was still making any sandwiches. Then after it was made our sandwiches were just sitting there for an extra 10 mins. In all it was about 30-40 mins of a wait for two 6 inch sub lol. I can tell one worker was new but it felt like none of the coworkers wanted to help them. Which to me is sad. I felt bad for the new person which is why I was so patient. Shame on this location not training there workers properly. I blame management.
