What's the point of calling an order in 30 min before pick up to sit and wait while people that walk in push my order back? I waited 45 min! Ridiculous!!!

My husband can’t have his cell phone at work so I ordered him a sandwich via Postmates. When he received it, there was a long hair in the sandwich. He was disgusted and threw it away. Postmates refused to give us a refund unless he had a photo showing this. Because he’s not allowed to have his cell phone at work, he was unable to take a photo. What a waste of $25 since it was a giant double meat sandwich.

This is the absolute worst JMs. I have been ordering online regularly for years, and recently every single time I show up they have ā€œlostā€ my order, immediately find it, but then wait until they’ve served the entire line before making it.I arrive after the order is scheduled to be made, and then always end up waiting 20+ minutes while they finish the line before starting on my order. What is the point of the order ahead?Avoid this location - too many good food options in Burien for this consistently poor service.

I did an online order and got the completely wrong sandwich. I was having a horrible day and just the small action of taking the time to get an order right would have brightened it a little. Please actually pay attention to orders. This was beyond disappointing. Double checking can truly make a difference and impact someone more than you can imagine.
